3-4-1-2 Balance | Firepower | FM18 Tactic

Hello! As I said in the description above, I used this tactic for 1 season with Vitória Guimarães and I got 1st place on the domestic League and the League Cup. I was the team with most goals (99 Goals) and the 2nd team with less goals conceded in the League (28)! I will try this tactic with others teams too!

I created this tactic with the objective to get a good balance on defense, midfield and have enough firepower up front!





The instructions are very simple. I want to give my players the liberty to Overlap, Underlap, and make the right decisions during those moments. I just want my players to be patient on offense, while forcing high pressure and marking tight when defending!

On Europe League, i had the unlucky to lose for Sampdoria, but this season i will try do more damage on Europe!

For now, I don´t have specific key attributes or preferred PPM, but I want to urge you to get 2 strong WB because they will be essential for this tactic to be successful. And I will work more on specific PPM for this tactic!

About training, I do Fitness and Team Cohesion during Pre-Season and Balanced throughout the Season!

OI I don't use often because I don't want my guys to roam too much from their position, or I choose to Man Mark the creative players of the opposition team!
