If you don't want to play stupid strikerless try this approach what helped me to win double as Sheffild United in first season.
We use 3 different similar tactics where we try to adapt to our opponents!
First tactic is 3-5-2 with two cm on attack duty this we use at home or when we try to score!
Second tactic is 3-5-2 with one of cm is on defend duty,normaly we use this at home games or away games against teams what we expect to beat!
Third tactic 3-6-1 we use only in away games against bigger teams!
We use all the time mostly Shout demand more or sometimes Calm if we dont see reaction from team!
atacking corners main aproach is to cross on near post where our central defenders using their jumping reach and heading ability!
Right side crosses is taking left foot guy!
Left side corners is taking right foot guy!
Assistant manager takes all trainings,no OI!

Use goalkeeping coach only if you have spot he is not needed!
