I am finding that the remote chat pop up screen (i.e. when another manager moans at you about a loan player) you cannot select a response.

Everything is fine here. Might be the issue on your end.
Try downloading the new version, and remember to delete the old one.
Is it me or Data Hub is broken in this version? In dark version everything is fine...
