Polish football league system with dynamic relegation

Added Polish 3rd and 4th tier with the 4th tier having dynamic relegation.

All teams in III liga will always be in the correct groups.

How to use this FM22 database

Move the downloaded .fmf file to your 'editor data' folder.

By default that folder is located at:
Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2022 > editor data >

If the folder doesn't exist, you need to create it yourself.

Start a new career save with this database enabled.
