Football Manager 2022 Tactics - Crazy Attacking 4-3-3 | Relegation to Playoff Final

Initially created in Indonesia. It took a team from 11th to the title. Champions of England with Chelsea and reached the Playoff Final with Peterborough who are predicted 21st in the Championship.

An attacking 4-3-3, with three forwards, an CM on attack and a Mezzala - it doesn't even concede that many goals.

Tested with Chelsea, Brentford, Sheffield United, Peterborough, Atletico Madrid and Persik Kediri.

I used this tactic for Grorud IL at Norwegian 2nd division. Media prediction is 11th of 16, while I become invincible and won the league. Once the team becomes familiar with the tactics, this is mental!! Tips: continue train tactical, teamwork, and match tactics.
