Football Manager 2022 Tactics - Insane Double Winning 4231 FM22 Tactic

So this is the tactic that I used in my first season with Man UFC. We won the English Premier League, lost on penalties to Leicester City in 3rd round of Carabao Cup (with a heavily rotated squad), won the Champions League, and lost in our FA Cup quarter-final against Manchester City.
