ROGER SCHMIDT'S INCREDIBLE 4-2-3-1 FM23 Tactics!

Today we take some time to look into Roger's 4-2-3-1 System. What I love about this tactic is the passing play. With the wide players coming into more central area's it is really easy to link up the play and control the ball with ease.

After some very good feedback in the FM22 version I released and having multiple requests to repeat and remake the tactics for FM23, I had to get working on this and finally I am happy with the end product. We have tested with 4 teams he has managed.
