Claudio Ranieri Sacked As AS Monaco FC Manager!

It has been reported by L'Equipe that Claudio Ranieri has been sacked by AS Manaco FC. This may come as a shock to Monaco fans as they thought he did a great job.

During his time at Monaco Ranieri won France's second division Ligue 1 with Monaco - their first time in their history.

He also brought in some very good players into Monaco, including James Rodriguez, Joao Moutinho with a reported fee of £50M!

Monaco fans are now wondering who their next manager is going to be, one fan had this to say on the matter." I hope the new owner bring in a manager with experience in this league and who knows how to win trophies."

The bookies have already been speculating who will be taking the hot seat at Monaco, it doesn't look like it's going to be a long wait for Monaco but whoever is their new manager has a great team to work with and a sugar daddy. So it shouldn't be to hard for him to achieve something here at Monaco.

Thierry Henry Announced As New AS Monaco Manager!

Former player Thierry Henry has joined AS Monaco once again, but not as a player but as a manager. "After retiring from playing at New York Red Bulls, I found myself bored all time and I didn't know what to do." Henry said.

I was ecstatic when Monaco give me the job offer because it is a club which is close to my heart and I want to finish the job I started here as player but this time as a manager.

"I can't wait to get started we have a great squad here at Monaco and a brilliant chairman that seems like a very nice guy."

"The players all have great futures here if they put the hard work in, and I am delighted to be on that journey with them."

"Of course it's not going to be easy straight away but I am positive that I can bring success to AS Monaco and build a team that the city is proud of."
