Mate, that screenshot is from Genie Scout 2009. Did you actually try the new Genie Scout 10 RC 2?

Edit: I just realized you're playing FM 2009 :con Switch to FM 2010 :p
Well, I don't think there will be any other Genie Scout version ever to be released for FM 2009, sorry.
