Here is the fixtures for my first season in Azerbaijan with Xazar and it was a very good one only losing 3 games all season and winning 11 games in a row on the league was a fantastic run i even unlocked a few steam achievements during this season which again was very good. I had a 3 game bad spell towards the start of the season but that was about it.

A very interesting cup season for me this time, firstly i reached the play offs in the Europa which I failed to do in Albania and destroyed the first team from Lithuania 13-1 on aggregate and they was my first two games in charge! I then went to Poland to play Jagodinha and narrowly won 2-1 on aggregate it was a tough game. Then i thought I'd be out after receiving Tel Aviv in the draw but they wasn't that good if I'm honest a 4-3 win on aggregate over then then i had Metalist in the play off, first leg i must admit they destroyed me, couldn't even get a shot on target but i won the second leg 2-0 which was just a consolation! I did have some good news in the Azerbaijan cup this season after winning my first cup in this nation was a delight!

Can you actually believe it? After the season and the runs i went on it was for nothing basically, i knew FC Baku was good but jesus christ they only lost one and that was against me! A very tough season in terms of wanting them to drop points and they just wouldn't, look at the difference between 2nd and 3rd though this nation is pretty much Xazar v Beku and who ever wins the two games against each other wins the league! Yes I'm here for another season..

Still a very good season for some of my players and most of the players average ratings are around 7 plus a great season for my Georgian guy up front 32 years old and still banging them in!

Lost quite a lot of money this season but still have £7m in the bank and in all fairness i won't be signing many players next season maybe 3 or 4 but that's it.

Season 6 - Pre Season

So season two begins and they now expect me to win the league this season, last season it was just challenge so they obviously want success and I'll be in the firing line if i don't bring it them this season, i don't really want to stay here for another season even though I'm enjoying the money i want to move on. Talking of money they've offered me £5.66m and i think that's plenty just to sign the players i need to, I'm going to sign quite a few because i want back up this time as i was short quite a few matches last season with all the injuries so the signings i make will just be fringe players with 3/4 ready for the first team depending on the sort of players i can sign, the wage budget is quite decent can't see me going over that.

I was never going to do well in any of the friendlies with the Europa qualifies in between every single friendly i think my squad is knackered all ready for the season but i did have a fantastic win over Roma, i didn't play it so not sure what players they had out, more than likely youth players but it still felt good!

I said on my previous post on the season complete i was only going to sign 3 or 4 players but i kind of got carried away and i did sign more than i wanted to but mainly just to cover me for this season in case of injuries and suspensions I'm happy i get to work with Rogne again from Burreli was suprised they let him go but then again they've probably spent about £60m this season already and when i checked before they was shafting all the old ones out and bringing some youngsters in, he was obviously in the firing line but I've got his services now.

Here is my squad for the season, quite big compared to usual but like I've said i need them and i have the money to buy them so why not? I'm looking forward to seeing the striker I've got on loan from my parent club Arsenal Kyiv in Ukraine he's 19 and looks very good, He's from Georgia along with my main striker who's 33 now, he can teach him a thing or two and create a partnership!

Finances still looking strong, the board is still constantly pumping money in so there no chance of ever over spending I'm just limited to which players i can get as the league reps very poor, I'm looking forward to stopping Baku win the title 4 times in a row!

Season 6 - Complete

Well what a season that was! Unbeaten and some fantastic results and I scored a hell of a lot of goals in the process, i unlocked a steam achievement called "Park the Bus" which is play 5 league games without conceding so did well to get that! Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Xazar. I was so happy when i beat FC Baku at the start of the season 6-0!

Won the Azerbaijan cup for the second year running! My cup collection is getting bigger and bigger, almost made it to the Europa Group stages but got faced against Hanover from Germany and they pretty much destroyed me there team in comparison to mine is ridiculous but i gave them a good run for their money.

And finally the league table, a very good season for us finished 8 points clear of FC Baku which was delightful. Score so many goals and ended up with a 53 goal difference and that's Azerbaijan complete, time to move on.

All my strikers once again was fantastic and the squad on a whole played amazing this season, good luck to the next manager who joins he's got a brilliant squad thanks to me!

Andddd it's time to go, I've resigned and waiting for the offers to come in for new club I've had a good time at Xazar and I'll once again miss this club.

Season 7 - The Club

After I noticed Toofan finished 7th i jumped in for a interview as usually they finish top of the league every season so to see them finish 7th was a little bit strange so i declared interest in the job and they accepted my after the interview offering me a contract. Now it's time to investigate why they finish so low in the table after being predicted to finish 1st last season, maybe the manager was just bad.

I've just fount out the club was on formed in 2012! So there must be something about them to be predicted to finish 1st! As you can see they've won the title 4 times and this was probably the only season they finished this low! It's a big difference going from Burreli and Xazar who had loads of money to a amateur club, I'll have to adapt quickly!

Finances are surprisingly good and the chairman is obviously pocketing all the money they make as we are still amateur!! We have all the money and the dickhead won't change us from amateur to give me a wage budget. I can see this season being fun already.

Some information on the club now and as you can see was was predicted to finish 1st last season so I'm hoping It won't be too tough as finishing 7th when you're predicted to finish 1st is quite a big gap! Theres obviously something wrong.

Season 7 - Pre Season

Due to it being quite a short season, i think only 14 games a season i decided to add quite a few friendlies to gel the team together and they seemed to do pretty well to be honest 11 friendlies with 23 goals scored and 19 goals conceded, obviously some big problems in defence and to be honest everyone is on amateur contracts so on the find players part it's impossible to see who's good and who's not!

Transfers now and i haven't signed many at all and the ones i got rid of was all 16/17 year olds as they don't have a reserves part so they are stuck in the first team so in all fairness the squad as probably improved a little bit but i couldn't tell you as all the players look the same and nobody stands out!

Here is the squad for the season and i mainly released all the AMCs and DMs they had due to them not fitting my formation, as i said it's hard to see who's good and who you sign but hopefully with my attacking style football I'll score more goals than i do concede and win it first time of asking!

Season 7 - Complete

As you can see it's a very small league and you play each other twice making it only 14 games which is very small for this league and didn't take very long at all! I had a few good runs here and there the 4 win streak at the start of the season was good!

The first time in this story where I've managed to go into a nation and win it first time around which is a brilliant feeling! We pretty much destroyed most teams even though i had no idea which players was good or not! They all seemed the same and nobody stood out but I'm delighted to finish 1st.

And the squad now and i can't really comment on this too much as i didn't really feel the vibe from any player and nobody stood out but we did well to win the league!

And now they are richer than the start of the season as they literally don't pay anything out! They should be upgrading the youth system or training facilities every year but they don't! But why would you upgrade it if your players are amateur and if they produce a good player they wouldn't make anything!

Season 8 - The Club

It took me a while to get a job this time! I didn't get the job till around the 4th of July and it only gave me a week or two to bring in the players i need so in theory time was against me! You may be wondering how i got the job at Salzburg who usually win the title all the time? Well they finished 5th in the league last season and the manager got sacked leaving me to fill in. I'm looking forward to my time here!
