Everton Looking To The Future

In a short statement Everton have had this to say.

"It is with great happiness with can announce that after discussions between the board and Bean, we will be expanding the size of our stadium to 45,000. This will be completed by next summer. We are increasing money spent on junior coaching after consulting various successful youth systems such as Ajax and Manchester United's. To further help with this we have decided to improve the facilities of the youth training gorunds to further supplement their growth. Lastly Bill Kenwright as invested £1.6 billion into a reserve fund (I don't know what this is any info would be much appreciated!).

Things are going well so far in the present for Everton and they are making the right steps to secure a healthy future as well.

AS4: I really don't have a clue :/ Not like I have been given anything in transfer money etc but apparently we have that much??

In My Mersey Paradise

Hi guys I forgot to print screen results and table for September so I have I have done September and October together :)

After a very impressive August things were looking good for the Everton faithful alongside a resurgent Liverpool who also had started off well. Things were looking great in Merseyside and the atmosphere around the place was vibrant. With news of huge reserve funds for Everton ensuring they will never run into debt for many, many years Everton fans had cause to celebrate that their beautiful club had secured their future for a very long time at the top level. But things were just get started for Bean as he led his side to yet another sensational two months.

September

Spurs VS Everton 0-3

http://www.checkyourodds.co.uk/images/upl/tottenham_vs_everton.jpg

The first big test for Joshua Bean against another top four hopeful and everything little plan was executed on the day. After Tim Sherwood claimed that Eriksen would be unplayable against a side like Everton's Bean made sure that this was not the case. What we saw was Barry mark Eriksen out of the game completely resulting in the youngster being subbed off with 30 minutes to go. Yet another double by loan star Lukaku and a long-range rocket by Gibson saw Everton storm to a 3-0 away win.

Lukaku scored the opener from a corner when Baines whipped the ball towards the near post Lukaku was there to head the ball in. His second came in a similar fashion but this time from a free-kick and his bullet header left Hugo defenseless in goal. Goal of the match goes to Gibson for his 25 yard screamer with little time to spare to humiliate Sherwood and his side.

My man of the match: Lukaku yet again wins man of the match for his double to secure a win away at Spurs.

Fulham VS Everton 2-2

http://hamrofootball.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/fulham-vs-Everton.jpg

After the stunning performance at WHL Everton wanted to bank another three points. However Fulham's sensational display prevented this.

Fulham rushed to a 2-0 lead after 33 minutes thanks to goals from Hugo Rodallega and Mitroglou. Hugo scored a nice goal after 12 minutes from close range and Mitroglou doubled the lead for the home side on the 33 minute mark with a near post header.

However after a stern half-time team talk Everton were unlucky not to snatch all three points as they pressed Fulham to the extreme. McCarthy scored a tap in after Baines fizzed a cross across the 6 yard box and Mirallas scored a delightful chip with just seconds to go to get the draw. A decent point for both sides.

My man of the match: Ross Barkley for assisting the equalizing goal and being a threat all game.

Brentford VS Everton COC 1-3 round three

A game that had to go to extra-time as a rotated Everton side faced league one toppers Brentford in their own back yard

Brentford got of to a great as Phil Jagielka was sent of on 8 minutes then Alan Judge scored after just 13 minutes after a mistake by keeper Tim Howard. But the game was changed in Evertons favor when Brentford player Harlee Dean was shown a straight red evening up the number of players for each side. But it wasn't until the second half that Everton showed their class. Deulofeu scored a magical goal after he zigged in and out of four defenders to then stroke the ball into the bottom corner. In extra-time Lukaku scored a thunderous shot from close range that nearly took the net off the goal to make the lead 2-1. When Brentford pushed forward to try and draw level Lukaku nicked another to secure the win.

My man of the match: Lukaku for his extra time to keep us in the cup!

Everton VS Newcastle 1-0

http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/Sport/Pix/pictures/2013/9/30/1380570151716/Everton-v-Newcastle-Unite-008.jpg

Not much to say about this game as it was a very dull affair. However it should be noted that Krul and Howard both made several outstanding saves to help their sides cause. However the game was won on just the 19th minute with an emphatic by captain Baines.

My man of the match: Well I will go for the easy choice and give it to goal scorer Baines. Kept a clean sheet at the back and scored the games only goal!

Everton VS Manchester United 3-0

In a game which saw ex-Everton manager and current manager of the month David Moyes come back to Goodison Park to face off against the Everton revolution led by Joshua Bean... And Bean's side came out clear winners against a lackluster United side.

Barkley scored a tap in from within the 6 yard box after just 5 minutes after Baines pulled a cross back perfectly into the youngsters path. Baines then scored a sensational free-lick from around 25 yards straight into the top right corner. Things just didn't go United's way as they had three shots cleared off the line. Then Baines led from the front again and scored yet another penalty this season to secure all three points for the Blues.

My man of the match: Baines again!

Crystal Palace VS Everton 0-0

http://www.whoateallthepies.tv/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/18149806.jpg

Yeah nothing to report here. Pulis pulled a Pulis and parked the bus while the Everton lads were unable to create any chances..

Man of the match: I have no choice but to give it to Speroni for denying a short ranged effort by Distin.

Hull VS Everton 2-2

Hull who have been performing above expectations under Steve Bruce who before the game enjoyed a good love in with Josh Bean, gained another point today in a thrilling 2-2 draw.

Lallana scored the opener to cap off a 27 (Yes 27!!) pass move in which Barkley threaded the ball through to the winger who then smashed the ball hard and low into the corner. New Hull signing Shane Long linked up with former Everton man Jelavic to score the equalizer. The link up play was delightful to see as Jelavic passed the ball to Long, who passed it straight back. Long then made a run through the defenders and Jelavic back heeled the ball through the gap so Long could slot the ball home. Things got worse for Everton as Huddlestone scored a great long-range goal from just outside the area to make it 2-1 to Hull. However Barkley did not give up and scored a Di Canio esque volley from slightly closer range than the great volley but it was still an amazing goal.

Man of the match: Barkley for his assist and wonder goal

Chelsea VS Everton COC 4th Round 1-4

http://www.completebetting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/Chelsea-Everton1.jpg

A match that I am extremely proud of as Everton coach!

The game started poorly for the visitors as they conceded a easily preventable goal to Pedro early on. The youngster surged past the defense with ease and then rounded Howard to tap the ball home.

Baines then went very quickly from hero to zero. He equalized from a stunning free-kick on the edge of the area to send the fans it raptures. But he then received his marching orders for a second yellow only 26 minutes into the game. However to the shock of Stamford Bridge Everton scored nearly straight after the red card after Jagielka's cross found Lallana unmarked and he tapped the ball home.

In the second half Bean knew he had to change the tactics so he ordered his men to play defensively, sit back and be more direct with passes. It paid off big time for the visitors. As Chelsea through more men forward Everton's pace was to much and in the 85th minute Barry scored a tap in after a great run by Mirallas. Mirallas then scored his own several minutes later following a great pass by Barry. The Everton faithful could not believe it.

My man of the match: Barry for his goal and assist!

Realized that Manchester United have been deducted points for going into administration. But still great Everton at the top!!

Some brilliant results and a great update. Well done on beating Spurs! Keep it up! :D

You're doing really well with Everton. As a Leeds United fan, I'm happy that Manchester United have been deducted points. Good luck against Fulham, and a nice win against the Spurs.

It's entertaining already, but maybe you should ask someone (possibly Stam) for graphics. Stam's graphic are excellent, you should check out the first part of the Custom banners forum.

LFC: Thanks man I am most happy with that result with it being away and all!

TodayAtTomorrow: Thanks man :)

Hazard: Hahaha bitter Leeds fan ;) And thanks for the advice!
Why have United gone into administration (I enjoy it, either way), but anyways, fantastic results, great updates and an easy draw.
1
Pauker: I looked around in my game and I think what it is was this.... They spent to much money on wages in the summer for example they gave RVP a new contract so imagine how much he would demanded! For some reason they don't have as many fans as they usually do in the game. So as a result they couldn't afford to pay Fellaini's monthly installments!! That's right they went into administration because of Fellaini :P
Great story, keep it up!

tallery1164: Thanks a lot mate :)
Hehe, the irony!

Big thanks to Justice for this banner

Blues Go Marching On

After what all pundits and fellow managers agreed as a sensational two months for Everton, Joshua Bean was desperate to keep this vein of form going as he knew all teams will be looking to end this unbeaten streak and halt the surprise run off the season so far.

The Month

Everton VS Swansea 4-2

A match between the top team and a team fighting in the relegation early on in the season. It was an obvious and expected three points to be targeting by Bean and his players so it was no surprise when Everton ran out winners even if the score line flattered Swansea. Everton ran into a three goal lead after just 25 minutes with a tap in goal by Barkley, a point blank range header by Lukaku followed by a penalty by Lukaku. Michu pulled one back for Swansea but Everton quickly added another through Mirallas. However Michu did score the only goal of the second half. A great result.

Man of the match:

Everton VS Villa 3-2

http://images.cdn.fourfourtwo.com/sites/fourfourtwo.com/files/styles/main-image-landscape/public/avlvsefc.jpg?itok=np1TOu2H

Another good win but Everton were made to work for it. Young winger Deulofeu scored a screamer from the edge of the area to take the lead. Barkley scored yet again this season with a point blank header. However Everton collapsed to 2-2 with a double from Benteke both from a corner. However on the stroke of 90 minutes with only one minute of stoppage time added, Distin rose above the rest from a corner and thundered his header home.

Merseyside Derby!!

The biggest game of the season so far Everton traveled to Anfield in a battle between 2nd and 1st. The odds were heavily in Liverpools favor despite Everton being top of the table and many claimed that this game would be extra feisty due to the position of both sides. Before the game Bean and Rodgers didn't hold back in their war of words with Bean going as far as to say Liverpool will be lucky to get a point at home this weekend.

The game started very well for Liverpool as Suarez combined well with Sterling but his shot trickled onto the far post and was cleared by Distin. However Distin then brought down Suarez in the area however there were large claims from the entire Everton team that the striker dived for the penalty. But the referee gave the decision either way and Suarez stood up to take the penalty only to see it saved by Howard cueing celebrations from the Everton dugout. Everton fan and youngster continued his sensational month when Barkley scored a volley from inside the area in front of the away fans. Everton were unlucky not to score several more by half time but a superb performance by the defense manged to keep them at bay.

However it was the home side who scored next when Sterling led the counter attack against the Blues and was given the goal on a plate by Gerrard cue huge celebrations from the home side. Like when Everton scored they found all the momentum and struck the wood work several more times. However from a corner Baines drilled the ball towards the far post and Jagielka headed home in front of the Kop.

Man of the match:Barkley

Another perfect month for Bean and his Everton side as they outplayed Arsenal from start to finish and cruised to a 2-0 victory. Right-back Coleman scored an emphatic goal from close range which nearly took the net off the goal after some very poor Arsenal defending. Barkley scored again just before half-time with a point blank tap in after a draw back from Lukaku.

Man of the match: Barkley yet again!!
