Sean-Paul Lodovico’s move to Pogon seems more and more likely by the minute, as the wanted Jets manager replied to Nathan Tinkler’s comments yesterday with some venom.
Honest to god, Nathan can just keep his opinion to himself. It’s my decision, and if he thinks that he can stop me progressing in my career for his stupid visions, he’s dreaming. The decision will be mine, and I’d love to manage in Poland. Nathan cannot do anything to stop me.
Lodovico has recently been interviewed by Ekstraklasa club Pogon Szczecin, and the board of the club seem to suggest that it was a successful interview and they will be following up. Lodovico also commented on the opportunity that he has.
This is a great chance for me to broaden my horizons, go back to Poland and hopefully climb the ranks to Legia, my end goal.
The Newcastle Jets have today released a Twitter campaign against Lodovico moving, with
#SeanPaulStays trending across the nation. But Lodovico seems to be edging closer and closer to the Pogon job and the Jets may soon be without a popular young manager.
