Directors

I created a list of the directors from 1-20, then used Random.org to generate a number from 1-20, then made a list at random from 1-20. No1VillaFan was number 17, and 17 was the first number generated so he's first on the list, and that's how it works. It really makes no difference whatsoever where you are, everyone will have contribute as much as each other. It's just a format I can used to keep track of who's made a decision and who to ask next. One we get to the bottom of the list I'll make another, that way you won't be able to figure out who's next. I can't reveal the order, as of course that will give away who's turn it is.

Now we need to decide upon a club and a manager, starting with club. Votes will be collected for which country each Director would prefer to manage in, then league, then club. Once that is finalised, a manager has to be decided upon. There are many ways this could go it's all down to the directors. There is only one rule, you cannot choose the first division of the country we end up with. Because... What fun would that be? Right? Who knows who we'll end up in charge of...

Also, I've had people messaging me with their vote for league and club. So for those confused, so far all you needed to vote for was country. Whenever I need a vote from you I will PM you! Once the nation is revealed I will PM everyone for their League vote... That's how it will work!

So the votes are in! Therefore a decision has been made. It was pretty one sided, to be frank. I wouldn't have minded a foreign league, it would be interesting using players a lot of people aren't familiar with. However, this is long term and lower LLM in England is about as long-term as you can get. So as you can probably tell, the final verdict is...

My vote, if I had one, would be Rotherham. They have the biggest transfer budget out of the three, but they have the most room for improvement; worst facilities, worst squad and predicted to finish rock bottom of the championship.
