This is will be a very long and a productive Football Manager story as I take you on a journey of the dark side of football management, hopefully. I try to show you that football manager isn’t all about fun and games, it can be a very disheartening. This story will contain explicit content especially foul language. So if you are easily offended please consider leaving this story, as it is not a fairy-tale.

In this story, I will be conquering anything that is in my way, any competition that the club desires for me to win, it will be done. That’s the principle. Whether I require to win the League, or to win the Champions League even the League Cup, I will do my best to win that competition.

Bad things happen to good managers when you step into the stadium with Darius Xavier. Who is Darius Xavier? I’m an ass-kicking son of a bitch. I don’t respect anybody. I don’t care what people think about me. I could give two shits who I piss off throughout my entire day, all right? I am a football manager that wants to be the biggest name in football, I don’t give a fuck who’s in my way, as long as I get the pure satisfaction on getting my hands on my championships, that’s what makes me happy. If you want to wrap your little brain around my world, you have to understand one thing - I enjoy hurting teams.

Everything that will be put in front of Darius Xavier, I conquer, I defeat, I win when I have to win. I don’t do anything but look forward; I see what’s in front of me, that’s it. I have no passion for anything but myself. I’m a mercenary, a hired gun that works for money, period.

Attending interviews are not my favourite thing to do, as my time is much more precious then most. I am a football manager, not your blue-collar worker. I am much better than that. After walking into the stadium of Kingfield, I decided this is where I will start. I would obviously have to deal with the hideous pitch conditions and the chairman that smelt like dog piss, but this is only the beginning of my legendary career in the world of football.

Mike Smith, my interviewer/chairman was worried about my inexperience in the football world. At one point he said that I would possibly be ‘unable’ to fulfil the requirements. His requirements were simple; it was to get promoted from the Vanarama Premier to Sky Bet League 2. I would have to be interviewed by the likes of BT Sport as well, which I personally have no time for either. We agreed on a contract of something little of only £750 a week because of my lack of qualifications.

Money doesn’t matter to me, not now anyway. In the future, when I have established myself as one of the greatest football managers ever lived, that’s when I decide which club; I will represent and fulfil the goals. I don’t have any personal goals apart from being the best in the world. I hope Vanarama are ready, because I’m coming this June.
Woking would be a good club to start at in my opinion, good luck :)

After an explosive press-conference from the new appointed manager Darius Xavier, dismissing many questions then issuing a powerful message to his players, other managers and to his doubters.

Darius was asked by pundits about his attitude towards football management, he was cautious and reply bluntly to majority of questions. Darius was also asked about the departure of Garry Hill from the club, he shrugged his shoulders and chuckled at the matter.

A lost to Wrexham is the most noticeable and it was an appalling performance, especially by my striker. We have picked up points in the rest of the games with a very impressive win against Macclesfield at home with Chris Arthur picking up two goals to seal the win. A particular highlight was an away win against Welling, even though they're predicted to finish 23rd. Overall, I feel we had an average start to the season.

A highly polished performance from the Woking players, saw their team run out 3-0 over Macclesfield Town at Kingfield Stadium. A brace from Chris Arthur helped Woking claim victory. Winger Chris Arthur got Woking off to a flyer by scoring a well-timed close range finish on 4 minutes. Young centre-back Joey Jones doubled Woking's lead with a well placed shot from close range on 15 minutes. An error from Macclesfield Town's Paul Lewis allowed Chris Arthur to seal a tidy finish from 13 metres.

Wrexham continued their prolific campaign with a 4-2 win over Woking at The Racecourse Ground. Things did not get off to a good start for Woking as winger Johnny Hunt seized on an error by Joey Jones to score a shot from distance. Ashton scored from the penalty spot after Clarke gave away the penalty. Woking were nearly gifted a goal on 25 minutes through Joe Clarke's lapse in concentration but they failed to capitalise on the opportunity presented to them. Moult scored with a close range finish which was timed impeccably in the 31st minute to extend there lead further. Young winger Anthony Jeffrey then added to the lead with an nice effort from 12 metres on 39 minutes. Rendell scored from the penalty spot after Ashton gave away a penalty. Rendell reduced Woking's deficit on 87 minutes with a tidy finish from 12 metres but it was merely consolation. It was a superb solo effort and Rendell looked delighted.

Nick Arnold has been spectacular in the RB position. We recently signed him from Wycombe from the League 2 on a free, he is a great young player and been putting in solid performances every game this month. Nick Arnold has averaged a 7.38 rating. He has succeeded 233 passes and won 13/14 tackles he's made. Covering over averagely 12.2km of distance in the last 5 games he's played. Nick Arnold has also assisted 5 times.

"Overall this is an ideal start to the season, not being humiliated by the big team - Wrexham but actually fighting back. The board are expecting me to be promoted this season and this means to become first and advance automatically or grind my through the play-offs. Right now, it looks as if the play-offs are more likely, but only time can tell.
Not the worst start to a league season I have seen. I'm sure your side will pick up points under your leadership. Good luck.

Couple of goals to the draws would see you up in the table! Make it happen :P

A solid win over Lincoln at Kingfield filled the squad with a small dose of confidence. We then edged Aldershot. We drew, in a thrilling encounter against Chester. We got completely destroyed against Torquay 5-0, after our poor confidence going into a match with Bristol Rovers we lost again, sadly. We drew our remaining games against Kidderminster and Nuneaton, both at Kingfield Stadium which we had chances to steal the win, however to no avail.

In a surprisingly one sided encounter at Plainmoor, Torquay United defeated Woking 5-0. The highlight of the game was undoubtedly a superb hat-trick from Torquay's Ryan Bowman. Target man Ryan Bowman got Torquay off to a flyer by scoring a good header from just inside the six-yard box on 3 minutes. Bowman added to his 2nd goal of the game with a well-timed close range finish on 17 minutes. Yeoman scored with a well-timed finish in the 37th minute to extend the lead further. Bowman added his 3rd goal with a very powerful strike inside the six yard box on 45 minutes.

Jack Marriott is a fantastic striker for this league. He has scored 10 goals in 10 appearances. Executing an extraordinary 235 passes, has 1 player of the match under his belt. Averages a total of 11.4km of distance covered in a 90 minute match. He has also averaged a goal every 85 minutes with an average rating of 7.45

Sorry for this, I forgot to screenshot the league before playing on.

"Poor results. Truly poor, I will be motivating my team in the meeting next month because this is unacceptable. October will be better, I promise. Nobody makes a mockery of Darius Xavier like the team Torquay, we will have our vengeance.

We dominated Southport gaining a 3-0 lead and losing that goal difference in the last 10 minutes. We took the game by the scruff of the neck against Altrincham and obliterated them 4-0 at there home ground. AFC Telford was our toughest bout as we slightly edged them with a 1-0 victory. Dartford defeated us after scoring in the 94th minute, completely underserved.

Goal-friendly Altrincham suffered a heavy 4-0 defeat against Woking on a miserable afternoon at Moss Lane. Right-back Gianluca Havern showed a sign of things to come through as he nearly gifted Woking a goal on 18 minutes. An error from Altrincham's Tom Marshall allowed target-man Scott Rendell to score a simple finish from close in. Altrincham's Crowther was forced off by injury in the 56th minute. Veteran centre-back Marc Joseph ensured things went from bad to worse for Altrincham on 58 minutes with a calamitous own goal. An error from Altrincham's Dean Howell allowed young striker Jack Marriott to score a tidy finish from 13 metres. Altrincham's Densmore was forced off by injury in the 78th minute. Right-back Nick Arnold completed the rout with a nice effort from 16 metres on 90 minutes.

One of the competition's worst defences so far, this season continued to struggle as AFC Telford lost to Woking on a fine autumn afternoon at Kingfield Stadium. Woking's winner came through architect Nick Arnold as he seized on Sam Smith's mistake to score a fluke goal. Wing-back Andy Owens then summed up his team's performance by nearly gifting Woking another goal in the 88th minute. Woking had a number of attempts at goal but their profligacy meant they didn't score as many as they maybe would have liked.

Joe McNerney is a centre-back averaging a 7.32 average rating. He has claimed 1 man-of-the-match. Overall, he has made over 243 interceptions so far and won 42 tackles. He has averagely travelled a solid 10.4km per 90 minutes. He has succeeded 384 passes. He has scored 2 goals out of 14 appearances which is impressed for a defender.

"I am not too concerned about the FA Cup because it's not what the board wants. The board wants promotion whether that's by winning the league or by qualifying through the playoffs. The FA Cup is not up for conquering, yet. The squad played well, they defeated Southport, Altrincham and AFC Telford gaining us 9 points, which we needed to show us as a potential threat to the other teams in the league."

Woking manager Darius Xavier has made it perfectly clear in the pre-match conference that he will be seeking revenge on Wrexham after there poor 4-2 loss against them, the day before halloween.

Darius Xavier was confident and assertive in this press conference, commenting on a few of his player's performances in matches, criticising some and applauding most.

Xavier's Woking side finds themselves in 7th place, with the 3rd most goals scored and only a startling 3 losses. Playing way above the expectations that Mike Smith established this season to the press, however, he could have said different to the new appointed manager.

Braintree was our first match this month and we were able to defeat them in a 3-2 clash. Match hyped match against Wrexham lead us to victory when we defeated them 1-0. After our media-thrilled victory, we stepped on the grounds of The Shay and got defeated 1-0. A week later, we soundly put Barnet to rest 2-1. We got stepped on by the league leaders Grimsby 4-1 and we will be waiting for our rematch. We had a rematch against Braintree and we drew 1-1.

Lady luck landed on Woking this afternoon as they somehow managed to snatch an unlikely 3-2 victory over against Braintree Town. A brace from Jack Marriott helped Woking come away with a victory today. Young striker Jack Marriott gave Woking the lead with a real poacher's effort from 11 metres in the 20th minute. Braintree captain Kenny Davis then equalised in the 26th minute with a close range header. Marriott added his 2nd goal with a close range finish which was timed impeccably on 34 minutes. Wide midfielder Chez Issac then equalised for Braintree in the 58th minute with a tidy finish from 13 metres. Lewis' impact delighted the fans with a very late goal.

Wrexham, who have one of the worst disciplinary records this season suffered defeat against Woking on a mild autumnal evening at Kingfield Stadium. Woking finally took the lead when target man Scott Rendell scored a close-range header on 45 minutes. Wrexham nearly gifted a goal 80 minutes in through Joe McNerney's lapse of concentration but they failed to capitalise on the the opportunity. Woking maintained a high pass completion rate which allowed them to keep possession and created a number of chances at goal.

This season Mike Cestor has been a very consistent player, however in the last few games he has shown his true quality with a great form for scoring goals as a left back. Mike Cestor has scored 2 goals in the last 5 games, averaged a 7.24 rating this entire season. He has executed a total of 483 passes and intercepted 85 balls this season. He has assisted 2 times this season out of 10 appearance and averages 12.8km of distance travelled per 90 minutes. He also has 1 man-of-the-match under his belt.

"I done what I said was I was going to do in the pre-match press conference and I conquered Wrexham. Overall, our results were average, and I will not accept average from my squad which I want to be a title-winning side. Result from Grimsby was horrifying to watch, conceding 4 goals from set-pieces is something we will work on in the training ground.

It has been a rough month, for sure. It's not like it's been humiliating, it's just not being able to defend properly. We score lots of goals, out of them 7 games, we found the back of the net 17 times, which is an average of 2.4 goals per match. We should be seeing the end of the game and keeping clean sheets, but no avail. We have lost points in games against Altrincham, Forest Green, Southport and Eastleigh, all games I felt we could have won and were winning until our poor defending occurs. Our brilliance is shown in Aldershot when we are able to actually see the game out.

One of the competition's worst defences so far this season continued to struggle as Aldershot lost to Woking on a breezy afternoon at Kingfield Stadium. Deep-lying playmaker Kieran Murtagh gave Woking the lead with a fine header from point-blank range in the 37th minute. Target-man Scott Rendell doubled Woking's lead with a well-timed close range finish at 50 minutes. With Aldershot staring at defeat, there was controversy as young midfielder Joseph N'Guessan then had a penalty shout turned down. Marriott scored a long range finish from 27 metres in the 79th minute to extend Woking's lead further. The last goal added salt to the wound was an own goal by central defender Glenn Wilson.

"I decided not to include a key player because there was no key player, they worked together as a team, apart from the defenders. Our defending has been shocking and I have addressed the team about this problem on the 27th of December, what happened? We scored 4 goals and kept a clean sheet against Aldershot at Kingfield. Looking at the league table, we maybe far down, but with a few improvements we will be edging the play-offs."

This was our best month and possibly the start to a great second half of the season. We didn't drop points anywhere. We drew with Eastleigh and Macclesfield 2-2. We defeated Welling 4-1 in extra time in the FA Trophy. Bristol Rovers was the next to face us in our best form yet with them losing 2-1. Gateshead was next, with us just edging them 3-2. The big clashes in the FA Trophy led me and Altrincham to first draw 3-3 and then us defeating them 1-0 in the rematch. Alfreton was the final game of the month when we just defeated them 1-0.

Woking had their midfield to thank on a cold and wet wintery afternoon at Kingfield Stadium as they showed there strikers how to score. Things did not get off to a good start for Bristol Rovers as central midfielder Scott Rendell seized on an error by Tom Parkes to score a deftly executed finish from long range. When McChrystal gave away a penalty, Rendell confidentially stepped up for the penalty and scored. An error from Woking's Mike Cestor allowed young midfielder James Maddison to score a close range finish which was timed impeccably.

Woking recorded a somewhat fortuitous win over Alfreton Town on a cold wet afternoon at Kingfield Stadium. Shadow Striker Theo Lewis gave Woking the lead with a tap-in in the 77th minute. Alfreton were nearly gifted a goal on 90 minutes through Abdul Said's lapse of concentration but they failed to capitalise on the opportunity presented to them. Woking covered a lot of ground but also conceded far too many fouls, meaning their effort was often for nothing.

Josh Payne has been in fantastic form and been dictating the tempo, play in the midfield this month exceptionally well. He has played 30 games, scored 3 goals and assisted 4. This is not impressed, however, his passes are truly astounding. Succeeding 2,069 passes and 130 of them were key passes! He's averaged a 7.02 rating and covered an average of 12.9km of ground per 90 minutes. He has 4 player-of-the-matches to his name. He also claimed Player-Of-The-Month in January as well.

"Our form right now has been impeccable. My midfielders have been playing there best for me. My strikers (Scott Rendell) has been playing as the striker after the departure of Jack Marriott. Jack Marriott was only on loan from Ipswitch, key player for us and was top of the charts on top goalscorer on Vanarama Conference. We are in the Quarter Final in FA Trophy, we might add that to the trophy cabinet as well as pursuing the promotion spot."
