Got a psv story of my own, currently in my second season, got rid of Bakkali so I could cash in on him before he run his contract down, also keep depay, fired me to title and Dutch cup with 48 goals an is now wanted by Europe's top clubs
Target: Suso has attracted attention from various European Sides

Liverpool's Spanish midfielder Suso has found himself at the center of a flurry of transfer rumours this morning, with reports from Merseyside suggesting that at least two clubs, thought to be Tottenham Hotspur and PSV, have tabled loan offers for the 20 year old.

Born in Cadiz on November 19th, 1993, the Spaniard started his career with his local club, signing his first pro contract in 2008, before moving to Liverpool for £58k in 2009. Since then, he has trained with the youth and reserve teams, making 14 first team appearances for the club in 2012, before moving on loan to Almeria last season, where he made a long-awaited breakthrough, scoring 3 goals in 33 appearances.

Some Liverpool fans may have viewed him as a natural replacement for Luis Suarez, but Brendan Rodgers has other plans, saying that "we've sat down with Suso, and decided that the best move for his development would be to play another season in Europe, or a top team here, to get that little bit more first-team experience before he makes the step up here."

PSV Interested?

Rumour has it that PSV have tabled a bid for the youngster, with Bakkalli calling time on his PSV career, and Barcelona and Real Madrid both having come knocking for the Belgian, Suso may well be the answer.

The Spaniard's ability to play a range of attacking midfield roles certainly sits well with new PSV boss Tony Young, and may prove decisive in any decision which is taken by the player as to his destination. Speaking to Voetball International, Young said: "I think PSV is one of the better options for Suso: at a club like Spurs he would probably spend most of his time on the bench, or running constant warmup laps - but here, we can offer him consistent first-team football, in a team full of great prospects and talent, and at this stage, that's exactly what he needs. We've had a couple of converstions with Brendan [Rodgers], and we're hopeful we can sort a deal out in the next couple of weeks."
ooh Suso, would be a good addition :)

PSV Move Quickly, As Suso Strikes Spurs Deal

Delayed Activation: Rotariu will be loaned back to his club for this season, ahead of his PSV Switch

PSV boss Tony Young wasted no time in plugging the gap which is sure to be made by the departing Bakkali, closing two deals this morning, after Suso moved to Tottenham Hotspur on loan, eschewing the promise of first-team football at PSV.

First in the door, was 18 year old Romanian winger Dorin Rotariu, who joins from Dinamo Bucharest in deal worth around £4.5m over the next two years. The Left-footed winger will return to his club on loan until the end of the season, in order to maximise his playing time, before he rejoins his new club in summmer.

Known for his technique, and his pace, Rotariu has already collected 3 caps for his nations Under 21 side, and his burgeoning reputation had previously caught the eye of Spanish giants Barcelona, and Italian heavyweights Juventus, but the lure of first-team football was what drew him to Holland, and PSV's renowned youth system seems the perfect place for him to develop.

Brazillian Flair? Nathan: I'm Here To Win

http://www.jornaldeblumenau.com.br/geral/img/noticias/03570/2014_01_16_09_43_41.jpg

PSVs second incumbent was Brazillian starlet Nathan, who joined from Atletico Paranaense for just shy of £7m, spread over the next three years. The 18 year old has only played one season of professional football so far, but with 1 goal in 7 games last season, his attacking play, speedy and skillful, drew admiring glances from all across Europe this summer, but, again, the draw of first team football and a team which is full of youthful talent was the biggest draw, and PSV had themselves a future star.

Speaking to the media this morning, Nathan said: "I'm not here just to warm the bench and pick up some medals. I'm here to grow, to learn, to become the best I can be. This club has some incredible players, and together we can all push forwards and really dominate, and win trophies and awards. That's why I came here - it would have been too easy to shrug, and warm the bench in Madrid. But I want to play. To play, and to win."
Suso would have been a great buy. Scored 15 goals in a season for Lyon in my story. Nathan and Rotariu look to be equally as good though. Nice update :)
PSV <3
Great start, I'm looking forward to how you get on in the first season! I also played with PSV in FM15, and I can recommend looking at Yassin Ayoub and Nemanja Gudelj, who both turn into great midfielders. Also, try to bring Lukovic and/or Bolvejic through the ranks, both are great prospects ;)
Good luck!
I love how you eye mainly for youths in your stories and develope them from the first season! great signings so far too, I'm sure you wanted to bring more Liverpool kids in though ;) good luck!

PSV Kick Off Season With A Win

On Target: De Jong's Hattrick was key to PSV's performance

After a successful pre-season, PSV and new manager Tony Young took to the field this afternoon against Polish side Ruch Chrozow in the Europa League qualifiers. PSV stuck to the formation which has served them well through much of pre-season, with Menno Koch filling his new Sweeper role well, behind Jeffrey Bruma and Nicolas Ismat-Mirin at center-back. Ahead of them, Stijn Schaars held an anchoring role in Midfield, with Jetro Willems and Santiago Arias roaming at Wing-back, while Oscar Hiljemark played as a box-to-box midfielder. In attack, Luuk De Jong lead the line, supported by Memphis Depay and Georginio Wijnaldum on the wings.

It was a setup that, as in pre-season, worked well for PSV, as captain Wijnaldum fired his side ahead after 14 minutes, with an incisive finish from just outside the penalty area. PSV's passing was slick and they were cutting through the Chrozow defence with ease. Wijnaldum doubled his tally just after half an hour, with a blistering close-range shot which dipped ferociously on its way into the net.

22 year old Swedish midfielder Oscar Hiljemark, who was on excellent form throughout the game, fired home a beautiful effort from just outside the box after 335 minutes, before Marcin Puton raced through the PSV defence to pull one back for his side just two minutes later. Some may have thought the Polish side were in with a chance, as Pawel Czerwinski scored another just before the 40 minute mark but Luuk De Jong, making his return to Dutch football after 2 seasons in Germany and England, scored just before half time to put his team 4-2 up at the break.

Maestro: Hiljemark was a vital cog for PSV, controlling the midfield

But the goals didn't stop there. After halftime, PSV came out looking the more dangerous side, but Chorzow were holding strong, and Czerwinski added his second of the game 66 minutes in, and the Polish fans were starting to sense an upset.

However, de Jong, leading by example from the front, latched on to a deadly ball from substitute Adam Maher to score his second after 78 minutes, before effectively killing the tie with 8 minutes to go, firing home from close-range to seal the result at 6-3 to PSV.

Great value for fans, although the coaching team may be concerned by the 3 goals conceded at home. With the away fixture in a week, Tony Young will be glad of a 3 goal cushion as he prepares his side for the tie in Poland, as well as the start of the domestic season.
Some nice young signings there and what a way to kick off the season! Love the updates, keep it up!

ADO Brushed Aside as PSV Go Top

Sealing The Deal: Depay's close-Range Volley Sealed the Result

PSV will be celebrating tonight, after moving to the top of the table after a convincing away win against ADO. Originally billed as a close encounter, the match drew a crowd of just under 15,000, of which around 5000 were PSV fans, packed into the stadium to watch their sides promising start to the campaign continue.

Coming on the back of a convincing 9-4 aggregate win in the Europa League, ADO could have been forgiven for thinking they had turned up to play one of Europe's top teams. PSV's passing was slick, and they controlled the match from the very start. Marcel Ritzmaier, playing in defensive midfield, was at the heart of everything his team did, spraying accurate, penetrating passes to the forwards.

It was only a matter of time before PSV found the breakthrough, and a close range volley from Luuk De Jong broke the deadlock after 25 minutes. A whipped ball from Andres Guardado was met by the onrushing Dutchman, and he made no mistake, burying his volley past Hansen, and wheeling away to celebrate with the fans he has so quickly endeared himself to.

11 minutes later, De Jong was the hero again, as he calmly tapped Arias' deep cross into the back of the net to double his side's lead. The right-back was insatiable, and has he bombed into the ADO area just before half-time, he was pulled down by a clumsy challenge, and De Jong had his hattrick from the penalty. Half time, and ADO looked broken as they left the pitch.

Watched: Sevilla scouts were apparently in attendance, watching PSV Captain Wijnaldum

Young raised some eyebrows at half-time, substituting his captain, who had looked less than interested in the match since the first whistle. Rumours were circulating that officials were in attendance from Spanish club Sevilla, and we understand that, should the Spaniards come in with a bid, Wijnaldum would be hard-pressed to find a reason to stay at PSV.

His replacement, Adam Maher, looked the complete package in the heart of the PSV midfield, and at just 21, he provided the travelling support with a great show, running his heart out, and cutting ADO open several times with some telling passes.

But it was Marcel Ritzmaier, "playing like Xabi Alonso", according to one fan, who provided Memphis Depay with the gilt-edged opportunity that delivered the fourth and final goal for the side. A beautiful lofted ball from Nathan found Ritzmaier in perfect shooting territory, but rather than go for glory, he looked up, and spotted Depay lurking on the edge of the six yard box. Shaping to shoot, the German had everyone fooled as he looped the ball into his team-mate, and Depay buried it to seal the result, and send PSV top.
yeah you have to watch your players dont get poached because they are so good they will wanna move on will be interesting to see how you handle that
Lovely upvotes, keep it up! :)

De Jong: Bright Start A Sign Of Things To Come

http://static.weltsport.net/picmon/48/eWa_93aFR_l.jpg
Inspiration: De Jong has been a catalyst for his side so far

Speaking after his long-range strike handed his side a 1-0 victory in the opening game of their group campaign in the Europa League, Dutch striker Luuk De Jong has spoken about PSV's bright start to the season, and how he feels the club can progress.

His strike against Young Boys marked his 12th goal in 9 appearances, and saw PSV extend their unbeaten run to 11 competitive matches. And he has no intentions of stopping there: "I've had a great start to the season, and I see no reason why that would change. We've got a great team here, and Tony [Young] has got us playing in a way which makes the most of everyone's talents, and allows us to capitalise on the skill and pace we have at the club."

The Eindhoven club currently sit 2nd in the League, ahead of their weekend trip to Willem, with 5 wins and 1 draw from six matches: just two points behind Ajax, with a game in hand over their rivals. Tony Young's tactics so far seem to be getting the best out of his side, with Luciano Narsingh notching 6 goals so far this season, while Memphis Depay and new boy Nathan both have 3 goals to their name.

Rotation is currently the name of the game for PSV, and as the season progresses, Young will be keen to keep his squad competitive, and keep the pressure on in all competitions.
I've been waiting for a good Dutch story and for it to be a TaT one just makes my day!

Shocked to see you go for Suso though... never thought you'd want to weaken Liverpool ;)

Great start, keep it up :)
