Good evening all,
I started my FM15 career unemployed and then found myself with the Wolves job after a bit of managerial merry-go-round.
A successful season has seen us win the Championship along with a good cup run - all with only Fran Merida being brought added to squad.
Anyway - so now the real challenge begins ... Wolves in the Premier League and keeping them there.
I'm aware that I need players, staff and tactics. I've got £14.3m and a £104k wage budget.
So any and all help, advice recommendations and suggestions would be gratefully received.
Hey mate,

Firstly I would recommended checking out some of the player and staff lists we have available on the site, as I'm sure they will be of great use when you're trying to hunt down players to sign, even though you're now in your second season.

Also, check out our tactics page as their are some very useful tactics their too.

My opinion, would be to sign a mix of proven Premier League talent and some promising youngsters, that way you have experience to help keep you up in your first season, and then in the season's to come, you will be able to blood the youngsters and really start to develop the squad. Short term with Wolves, I would play a much more defensive system and look to hit teams on the break, utilizing some of the existing players such as Sakho and Dicko who have plenty of pace. Long term obviously the tactic would have to be adjusted, and you could start to dominate teams more with a stronger team, but first and foremost your main priority just has to be staying in the division.

Best of luck mate, let me know how you get on :)
Try to exploit the loan market too! Can really come in hand for promoted sides :)
It's Rare that tom cleverley gets picked up quickly once free he could be a good shout for you're midfield. i seem to remember bjorn sigurdarson become very good so him and sahko will probably still be key.

Without knowing your team and who is available it can be tricky but generally players like sviatchenko, strandberg and pione Sisto are normally still available and are great additions. if you need a goalkeeper leali or timo horn are normally cheap and available second season and will undoubtedly strengthen your team. depending on your tactics.

Depending on how west ham have faired (usually poorly on my saves)reid cresswell and ravel morrison could be useful additions

and as mentioned keep an eye on transfer lists and loan lists as they can make or break your first season after promotion
