If i set my side with team instructions set to either, stick to positions OR more disciplined (so as to play as a robust tactical group) yet give the front four player instructions to roam, would they actually roam because they have the PI to do so outside of the teams basic framework?
nobody have any opinion on this?
I believe individual player instructions overwrite team instructions, so telling the front 4 to roam should work. Have you tested it without success?

im in the process at the moment, im really trying to re-create peps bayern philosophy of a hybrid style of formation constantly changing and adapting. I have actually started to get some great success, in possession we have a 3-3-3-1 and then when we lose possession it adapts to a 4-2-3-1 sort of formation, its great to see it working.
