Any idea when sell values will be correct?

I'm loving GS but the sell value column would be so helpful as it's so damn difficult to offer for players on FM without them trying to rip you off. It seems if you offer less than they want they counter offer with an extortionate price. I appreciate all the hard work that's been done but does anyone know if the sell values will be fixed? Thanks.
If you negociate a bit and add a few clauses you can easily turn those prices down. The counter-offers of the clubs are not what they really want for the player, unless the clubs don't want to sell the player and ask (like in real life, e.g.: cr7/bale/mangala/etc.) for unreasonable amounts. What you have to do in this situation is put pressure on the club by saying to the press you want to buy the player and make offers you know the club will refuse. If the player you're looking to buy wants to go to your club, this will have the effect of enfuriating him and make him not sign any contract with the club. At this point, you can either wait for his contract to end (and get him for free) or buy him at a very low price in comparison to his value. This tends to work even better with players with high controversy/ambition notes and low loyalty.
Hope this helped a bit :)

Sadly this once great feature is highly unlikely to return, unless GS somehow returns to its former state of loading save-games files instead of reading from memory. Since the switch to real-time, sale value is inaccurate and based on a personal calculation by Eugene rather than the actual function FM is using (which seems impossible to track down and replicate).

Thank you both. That's a shame about the sale price feature but it's understandable and I appreciate the work Eugene has done regardless.
Also, dimibanez, that technique of expressing interest in players I want, particularly really good ones at bad teams, looks like it might work! The best player in my game is at red bull Leipzig and I'm at Arsenal so he's now unhappy and I might be able to get him for free next year instead of paying £50 million!
You're welcome :) From my experience you don't have to be a good team to do so. Players who don't play regularly can also want to go to smaller teams if they promise them more playtime. Keep in mind it always works better on players with high ambition, high controversy and low loyalty. Also if the contract is long try to remember to repeat the scheme on a regular basis to keep him constantly unhappy and make offers during every transfer window (knowing full well that the club won't accept them :D ).
