@510: I think the new chat is better and easy to use regardless of device you're browsing from, which is why I switched to it. Can you please sign out and sign back in. Possibly it's just needs to reset your session to work as intended.

The new layout of the actual site is fantastic. Must say I was a bit skeptical about the new chat at first (size issues) but I realized I could change the size of it and it works a lot smoother than the old one.
