What am i doing wrong, ive been playing fm15 for 14 1/4 hrs now and im only in november of the first season. I have the games on the highest speed they go with no replays and just commentry. I would to get as far as people say 2019 2020, but by march of the first season i just get sick of how long it takes??? HELP
Sounds like you should be playing a different game?!
FM is all about taking your time...

I'm not sure if you're trying to say whether the game loads unexpectedly slow for you or that you can't imagine how others can progress so fast with their seasons in-game.
If it's the first case, perhaps your computer is not fast enough for the game and you could try using the
FM Speeder tool.
Cheers STAM, iv been playing fm since fm 2008 and it takes me so long to complete a season. Granted I don't have the time to play it every day but I read forums when people say they can complete a season in 3,4 or 5 hours. My fm15 save is 14 and a quarter HRS in and im only in November. Maybe is my computer? iv had FM08,09,10, 11,12,13,14 and now 15 but the play is so long, I know its a game to take your time which I do but in all my time playing I don't think iv completed a season for it being so slow to get there?? new speedy laptop needed I think!!
You can load just 1 country and this should help with the game's speed. If you need more players, you can load as many as you want using the database size advanced settings which can be found after choosing the country. For example, I always load 1 country and then with custom database settings I end up with 45k players.
I only have England, as low as league 2?. I'll try the customise setup. It makes me laugh..!! I've never completed a season yet and still I buy o9,10,11,12 and so on......bloody game lol.
Definitely not many leagues to cause the game to be that slow for you.
Did you have a chance to try the FM Speeder tool?
Also can you share your laptop's specs (CPU & RAM mainly)?

Your computer specs are not the best to run the game fast/smooth. Especially RAM (2GB) is barely making the minimum requirements. It seems a bit outdated in general as it has Vista 32-bit and the T2390 processor... from 2008 maybe?
I'm aware of the bad-mouthing regarding the speeder tool, but it was shared by the same person who produces the DF11 faces megapack and I trust him.
