According to Dean Smith the young manager has the potential to take the club to domestic and continental glory. The manager goes by the name of Kai Richards and he can't wait to get stuck into managerial life at Walsall, Kai has said he would like to sign a target man and a new winger to rotate in the squad and says he has a good enough budget to achieve his goals which are to reach the playoffs and ideally get promoted.
