A pretty poor month it was with just the one win and a whole bunch of draws after leading made it a miserable September.
Two disappointing losses to the cellar dwellers Avai and Figueirense started the month on a sour note and it didn't improve much
besides a needed win against Atletico Mineiro in a 1st half barrage which seen us over the line. With the inability to score from our chances this month
besides the previously mentioned game we saw out three one all draws to end a dire September and end out push to overtake Corinthians at the top of the table.

If there was one good point this month it was that Fred had started scoring again and bagged 4 goals in his 5 games to take his tally for the season to 11
which is not nearly enough for a striker taking up a quarter of our wage budget.

Not that it helped us any this month but the overpaid git found some form again this month bagging 4 in 5 but i truly feel if i didn't score then the sim wouldn't
have bothered letting them score in all those draws gained after going a goal up lol.

On the back of the last two months poor results I've experimented with out tactics in formation and instructions with no real clear result, our only win over the month
came thanks to a return to our normal tactic and on the back of a match winning performance from our Marlon replacement in defence academy graduate Derlan.

We went with a 4-4-2, a 4-1-2-2-1 and a 4-5-1 but nothing really took my fancy and it will be back to the drawing board come the end of the season.

Player Of The Month - Derlan

The young graduate is hopefully the long term replacement for Marlon who left for AC Milan a couple of months ago. His performances haven't been that great but I'm blooding him
in before he is probably ready due to the finances at the club being so poor i can't bring anyone in atm. None the less he grabs our player of the month on the back of a match winning performance and his first ever
goal for the club against Gremio in what was our solitary win of the month.
