Managing Leeds: Brave or Stupid?

Just to gauge opinion, how would everyone feel about screenshots being put up for player ratings? As much as I like the way it is, it takes way too long to do. Also thinking of replacing "What caused the result" with something along the lines of "Match summary".

Feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys!

LEEDS SET FOR AUSSIE SWOOP

9th January 2016

According to reports, Leeds United have had a loan offer accepted for Bayer Leverkusen's Australian forward Robbie Kruse.

The 27-year-old has recently been subjected to interest from fellow Bundesliga outfit Borussia Monchengladbach as well as Leeds' sworn foreign rivals Galatasaray.

Many see Kruse as a coup for Leeds United, and a signing that would send a message out to the rest of the teams in the Championship promotion battle.

The agreement comes amid reports that Chris Wood could depart the club in the near future, with the £3m signing failing to live up to his sizeable price tag so far. One would however be led to question how much Leeds can hope to take for Wood, with few clubs likely to pay £3m for a striker that's scored 2 goals in 17 appearances.

A few points dropped means we still remain in third. Sheffield Wednesday seem to have won the title race altogether, barring a chase from Nottingham Forest which would practically end our chances of automatic promotion. Still, I'd take anywhere in the top six at this point so all we need to do is try to pick up as many points as possible. We'll need to use use our game in hand against Forest to our advantage if we want to leap frog them.

PLAYER OF THE MONTH

http://www.biancorossi.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/Giacomelli_Riello_2014.jpg

The inaugural Manager's Player of the Month award goes to Italian winger Stefano Giacomelli. Stefano has finally found his feet in England and has gone on to earn the nickname 'The Bridesmaid' (always a bridesmaid, never a bride) for the way that although he's not a direct threat to goal, he's been pivotal in most goals we've scored this month with his dribbling and as the revamped 'Player Ratings' will show you, he's bagged his fair share of assists.

Still pursuing the top two which is great to see! And I thought your player of the month was Tommaso Bianchi then :)) Almost gave me a shock!
Would love to see Leeds back in the PL, and for the fans that dream is becoming a very realistic prospect under your guidance!
Cheers fellas, would be quite special if we achieved promotion, but anywhere in the top six would be massive progress for the club and a basis to really kick on!

Our series of inconsistent results has led to us falling away from the top two. Luckily though, we still have a six-point cushion over 7th, so hopefully we can regroup and kick on after a tough run of 7 games in 29 days.

PLAYER OF THE MONTH

http://www.biancorossi.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/Giacomelli_Riello_2014.jpg

Short of winning this award you really do wonder what this man has to do to grab headlines. He finally starts scoring and in each game, we lose. Luckily, he still has this recognition as he remains the stand-out performer in a team that really has struggled this month
Still in a play off spot, keep it up even though some results have been unlucky
Giacomelli is having a great few months!
2016-06-08 17:49#233576 Jack : Giacomelli is having a great few months!

'Giaco' is indeed on fire. Let's hope he keeps it up!
Great result against Middlesbrough, even if they aren't doing as well in game as they did irl!

TABLE

I was hoping we would recover from our blip at the end of February, but we've become worse this month. The draw against Huddersfield sent us into the international break on a 7-game winless streak. I pray hope that we use the break to regroup and improve ahead of the most important month of the season.

PLAYER OF THE MONTH

http://cdn.images.express.co.uk/img/dynamic/67/590x/Lewis-Cook-627467.jpg

In a month of poor results, the only player to particularly stand out for us has been Lewis Cook. He has created numerous chances (which, I hasten to add, our strikers have wasted) and has been the main source of most goals/threatening moves during the past few games. Let's just hope his form carries on into April.

*April and May will be posted together in two separate posts (if that makes sense). The first four games of April will occupy the first post, whilst the last four games of the season will be in the second post. The playoffs (if we're in it) will have a post of its own

Automatic promotion is now all but impossible. What is worryingly possible is that notion of us dropping out of the top six. We urgently need to up our game to stand a chance of even making the playoffs this year.

*There will be no player of the month feature in this or the next post. There will be a season review at the end where I give a player of the year award
You did okay this month but to make sure you get that Play-Off place you have to start winning all of your games next month!
Holy crap not long left now! You'll get the play offs, you can do this! :P
I've already played those games because temptation ;) I just enjoy bringing the story to you guys
