Dede rejects Samp for Chelsea switch

Our sources understand brazilian centerback Dede has rejected a move to Sampdoria to move to Chelsea, despite the fact the Italian side offered an extra £9000 a week. Dede who had once been touted to be the next big thing, but his reputation had died down as he failed to find a move away from Brazil, until now.

With Dede out of the running it is believed Sampdoria may turn their attention to signing veteran CB Phillipe Mexes on a free transfer.
