Impossible importer licence

I would like to start that i have search everywhere for the answer before i have posted on here
I have brought FMRTE 19. i have installed this on Windows and work perfect, but i have now got a mac anc trying to install this on my MAC
I have requested a Reg file, which they provided, but when uploading this, it doesn't work on Sierra
I have searched for my activation code, so i can do this online, but again, i cannot seem to find this or even request this, as the only way i can requested a code, is a new activation file, which doesnt work on my MAC.
is there anything i can do? and how do i request/find my online activation, as the only answers i can find is, check your email, which i have and that only had a link to download

i have a player wich is banned for the next match since 3 matches... . I've check in FMSE a he's marked as banned. I've tried to change it but it'says that i have to buy a licence. So i did it, but it's impossible to import the code ? I've send a mail to the support without an answer....
does anyone knows hot to fit it ?

Hello, I bought a license via paypal, on the site it gave an error accusing the country of the paypal account to be different from the country where I am now but still cashed the money and did not receive the license. Can you solve this?

I wrote an email to them the same day and still no reply until today. I don't like being scammed and until then I trusted the site. I kept checking my email for 1 week to see if there was a response from them, clearly it's a scam or they don't give importance
@ghostnuel07: I've asked the FMSE support people. They replied to your email 1 day later. But I'll provide an answer as well.
I've checked and found 3 cancelled orders from you, which means none of them was completed successfully. Fastspring can be strict with their anti-fraud system, even with inconsistencies like that (contact details not fully matching payment details). In such cases, money will be 'released' back to you in a few days, but it's not something we can control. Payment processing is all on the Fastspring service.
And no, there's no scam involved.
ive tried purchasing fmse but i keep getting an error on pay pal and for visa
"An unexpected error occurred, and we are not currently able to accept payment."

Has there been a database loss/crash with FMSE20 and FMSE21 licenses?
I have purchased both, some years back. But now both of the links that were supposed to take me to the downloads for the license file, return a "HTTP Status 404 – Not Found" error.
Also, when I use the
https://www.fmscout.com/a-fmse-license-recovery.html tool, I get "No license found for the given parameters."
I bought both FMSE20 and FMSE21. I have the emails to prove it.
I will come back to use it again but the link doesn't work. The email is gone, but the mail with the receipt is still in the system, but it's all gone. Just bought it in May, can't find it in the license recove.

Hi, I just purchased the license but FMSE22 v5.2.7 doesn't have the fmse options to upload the license.
How do I fix this?
