First of all I made my manager pretty good because I don't really enjoy managing lower leagues, so if it's realism you want it wont be the most realistic here. Second of all I have Holidayed one year just so you all know . Anyway enough of that into the story
My Story
Mitchell Pavitt is 21 years old from a small town in Thurrock Essex who practically grew up on and around a football pitch. His Father and grandfather were both coaches and his local team Aveley FC. However when I became 18 I decided I wanted to get away from the local team and wanted to become a Manager.
So in June 2017 I decided to start looking for some Jobs starting off at under performing Premier League teams and some championship teams. I also looked more in Europe and The UK because if i wanted to get away from my small town leaving the country would pretty much be as far as I can go from home. I applied for Middlesbrough, Leeds, St Johnstone and a few smaller teams and had interviews at two of the teams getting two contract offers.

But I didn't accept either of them because A bigger and Much better Job became Available a Team that I love and support that I just couldn't refuse.... in a small City In Italy.
Thanks for reading this. Leave comments on how to make it better if you want to give me any advice would be great.

I was thrilled to be offered the Roma job because the club were exactly what I was looking for. They were a team with a lot of talent who seriously underperformed last season Finishing 6th In Serie A. They had a lot of good players in the team, like Nainggolan, Strootman, Dzeko and Mohamed Salah to name a few.
However with all the good news always come bad news as the legend Francesco Totti retired after spending his entire career at the club I offered him a job as my under 18 coach but the club didn’t let him so I had to withdraw meaning after spending his whole career there Mr Totti is no longer with AS Roma.
I still have plenty to spend and a lot of hope for the team.

The best part of the Pre-Season was when the One and Only Francesco Totti made his glorious return for the club (as a coach) he is going to mainly be an attacking Coach for the main squad as he is terrible at tactics but is obviously a very attacking thinking player before.
As you can see we had an Amazing Pre-Season (he says sarcastically), Originally Losing 4-2 to Liverpool and losing To BMG In Danielle De Rossi’s testimonial. He deserved better than that. We then Drew with Seria C side Terek and lost to Title Contenders Inter before finally drawing again with Serie C side Fondi.
I am playing a 4-2-3-1 With Preferably a Deep line playmaker Defending and a Box To box Midfielder with a shadow Striker behind. The plan is for Dzeko to knock the ball and hold it back for Nainggolan to run in behind and score as long as a few other players scoring as well.
Some decent results and you were cheated out of a flawless set of results by FM there!!
