So the summer transfer window has ended and players have come and gone. With seven joining the blades and six leaving permanently. Two players were released this summer with Mark Duffy and Jay O'shea leaving after not appearing in the season before. O'shea has since signed a two year contract with league 2 Crawley. The next player to leave was Nabil Bahoui who left for championship side Brighton for a fee of £2m which could rise to £3.7m. Wellington Lucas has now left permanently after he couldn't get a work permit. He signed for Polish side Jagiellonia Białystok for £450k. Youngsters Louis Inns who is a highly regarded goalkeeper left for premier league side Norwich but the blades have a buy back clause, he signed for Norwich for a fee of £425k. Brian Fleming-Kendall also left for the premier signing for Crystal Palace for £275k.

Now for the incoming transfers. Rory Power joined the blades on a free after he was released from Arsenal he has since joine Queen of the south on loan. Damien Woodward and Jason Donaghy joined after being released from premier league side Leicester. They both look like they have a bright futures. Kasey Palmer joined on a free from Chelsea and looks to be the blades brightest players. Ben Sheaf also joined from Arsenal for free and looks to find first team football at Bramall Lane. The blades also signed Winger Indy Boonen for a season long loan from Manchester United. Goalkeeper Danny Ward from Liverpool.
