Justice Thank you!! I think my goal is to win it when the schedule is announced :P

CELTIC along with Pep Guardiola and Manchester City, are delighted to announce that he has agreed to a loan extension that will conclude at the end of the 2017/18 season.

The 20-year-old English winger has been on point for the Celts this season appearing in 39 matches in all competitions this season, scoring 27 goals, while helping out with 14 assist and several awards.

Patrick was originally at Fulham before signing for Manchester City in a £12 million deal in July 2015, and he has already played for the City first-team. Since joining Celtic on loan last season he has made an instant impact.

Speaking to the official Celtic website, he said: “Perfect is the exact word I’d use. To be ‘Invincible’ is one thing, but then to possibly go and win the treble is really something else. We’ve done it well up to this point and it’s full credit to all the boys getting us this far.

“It just feels unbelievable. We had our tasks to do this year and we’ve completed all of them. It’s been a great season and I’m thankful for it.”

"Being able to extend my loan in Glasgow means something to me because I have made many friends and these friendships will last a life time, that as well as what is in store next season has me wanting to stay."

The next match for Patrick and the Bhoys is tomorrow as they travel to face Ross County in the final match of the season before the split. Kickoff is set for 3:00pm and it will be broadcast live on Celtic TV for all those who subscribe internationally.

Great news in extending Roberts loan spell and the run in looks like there should be no problems at all for you!
I am still heartbroken after my 3 hour trip from Aberdeen to Hampden at the weekend. As much as I hate Scott Brown, Celtic and Brendan Rodgers, I am loving this story!
mgriffin2012 I hope he plays even better

rcheyne3 It was an amazing match and Aberdeen played amazing. I hope they do good in Europe this upcoming season!!

Celtic 3 Rangers 0: Brendan Rodgers now just 90 minutes away from joining elite band of treble winners
Kieran Tierney and Patrick Roberts celebrate

Celtic produced a wholly imperious performance to swat Rangers aside in the second William Hill Scottish Cup semi-final and come within a single stride of the treble of domestic honours.

Such was Celtic’s superiority in the first half that the interval statistics showed the possession ratio to be 3/1 in their favour and the contest - insofar as that Celtic have outplayed and outmatched their Glasgow counterparts in all four matches so far this season.

It was the Old Firm managing debut for Rangers Paul Lambert who had taken over after Pedro Caixinha was fired a month ago. The thing for Lambet is that he had participated in the derby as a player, for Celtic. This time he would be opposite of his former club. The Celtic fans would not let him live it down.

In truth, Rangers were simply impotent once Scott Sinclair put Celtic ahead after 11 minutes. The winger was supplied with a neat prompt by Scott Brown but Sinclair’s task was also made simpler by the fact that Danny Wilson failed to track his push upfield and was a distant spectator as the Hoops man finished by passing the ball elegantly into the far corner of the net.

It must be acknowledged that Celtic did not double their advantage until twelve minutes before the break but the interim included a significant period during which the Parkhead side was missing some clear opportunities to increase the score. 33 minutes in Kieran Tierney scored a rare goal assisted by his friend Patrick Roberts, to put Celtic up 2-0.

From the 33rd minute until the end of the game Celtic would press the Rangers defense and make many opportunities. For Rangers they would not answer especially after Celtic changed tactics. Over the past few weeks Brendan Rodgers has been experimenting a strange tactic that looks like a 3-4-3, with no striker. Well that confused the Rangers defense and in stoppage time Dedryck Boyata who came in as a sub earlier scored the final goal of the day.

With that Celtic are now on track to their first treble since the 2000/01 season under Martin O'Neill. They will be facing a Kilmarnock side who had to beat Raith in extra time. Kille have a chance at Europe despite sitting in last place in the Premiership and on the fast tract to relegation.
A solid victory! Soon you can celebrate something that Rodgers & Celtic have won in real life too, a great achievement!
Av itttt Rangers! #thumped
Justice It will be amazing and I hope I can pull it off next year too

Celtic sign Sporting CP Scot Ryan Gauld

25 April 2017| Football
Gauld becomes Celtic's highest transfer fee paid since Chris Sutton who was bought for £6,000,000

Ryan Gauld has signed for Celtic on a four-year deal that includes a 28m euro (£25m) buyout clause.

The transfer of Ryan Gauld is set to be around £10m upfront with incentives that could raise it to £13M after certain conditions are meet.

The 21 Gauld has been frustrated with the lack of playing time in Portugal for some time now and he finally has a new home, as he returns to Scotland, to play for champions Celtic FC.

The move for Gauld was a surprise one coming from the Green and White of Glasgow as he was deemed to be more expensive than what Celtic were going for.

"Ryan is an amazing talent and it is nice to see him return to Scotland to play for us especially as many other clubs were in bid for him. He is going to be a key player for us in the coming seasons," said Brendan Rodgers.

Gauld previously played for Dundee United from 2011-14 and was moved to Sporting in the summer of 2014 for a £2M switch. Since joining Gauld has made sporadic appearances with the first team as he is featured for Sporting B most of the time. This season he has only made one appearance for Sporting in a cup match.
Gauld was seen as the next great footballer from Scotland and now joining Brendan Rodgers the 21 year old is looking to reinvigorate his career.

"I am very pleased to have joined Celtic, they are a great club and I see them as a place that can get my career back on track. Brendan (Rodgers is a great manager and I am very excited to play for him next season," said Gauld after the announcement was made.

Celtic put on a £25 million release clause for good reason. Despite moving back home Gauld is still a highly sought after talent who will get many clubs looking to sign him. If he is ever sold Celtic will have have a very nice payday.

With the transfer of Gauld and Larsson early this season Celtic are stacked at the midfield. The reports of Hibernian's John McGinn to join next season seem to now be put to rest.

The Bhoys have a crowded midfield with the likes of Stuart Armstrong, Scott Brown, Tom Rogic, Liam Henderson, Nir Bitton and Callum McGregor. One or two of the players mentioned are now on the verge of leaving in some sort of way either via loan or transfer.
It was an expensive transfer, but one truly worth every single penny! A Scottish superstar versatile enough to play anywhere in midfield, with a passing range capable of unlocking any defence, and the flair and vision to create something out of nothing. You have yourself a player to build your team around, and, provided you can keep hold of Moussa and maybe even Roberts in the long term, your attack will truly be worthy of regular Champions League football!
Hopefully man you can rediscover the form that made Gauld one of the hottest properties on the continent!
I'm glad you've brought Gauld back to Scotland, his career is/has been tarnished by Sporting so I hope you can rescue it, as he has a lot of ability and could be a very good piece of business, regardless of the price you've paid.
