I just want to make this short and quick.Im taking a break for a week from the story as I have a very hectic schedule and will be going out of city where I will probably have no wifi and no football manager.Thus,I will not be able to upload and the next upload will hopefully be on Monday or Tuesday.(30th or 31st of the month)

This is part 16 of the Swag Story.Lets go!
================================================================ Last time we played against Arsenal which we deservedly tied 0-0 and played against Bournemouth which we disappointingly lost 3-1.This time we will play against Manchester City and Chelsea.These will be very tough games and if we can manage even one point from the City game that would be brilliant.Can we defy the odds or will we be struck back to reality?Lets find out!

We had also loaned out Agyei successfully and things will be interesting by the End Of The Season and we will surely know about his potential and if he can become a 1st Team Player
It was matchday against Manchester City and the rich bois were made favorites with a 1-2 prediction.Hopefully we can pull something off but we will be going in the match with no expectations at all.We are going with a Counter attack styled game where we will be putting in a lot of crosses...hopefully...

79 Minutes:BURNLEY BACK FROM THE DEAD!!!A wonderful attack with Sam Vokes brilliantly fooling the defenders striking it in the net.That was beautiful and Burnley are looking more confident as the clock ticks but there is still time.

81 Minutes:RED CARD!Flanagan clearly putting in a rough tackle with no contact on the ball and he has been booked again.Swag will now play in a 4-2-3 formation with Tarkowski playing instead of Westwood as Center Back.Dramatic 5 Minutes this has been!

83 Minutes:PENALTY!2 Crucial Penalties in two minutes!Tarkowski goes in hard on Aguero but that seems like a very harsh decision to give a foul as contact on the ball was likely and Burnley is furious.Aguero will be the one to step up.He looks confident and Heaton furious.If Aguero scores this will surely be the win for City but will he?He does!That was right in the corner and even a world class keeper couldn't have saved that!Aguero gets a hatrick and Burnley are furious.

88 Minutes:Burnley have pretty much gave up and that is just stomping on a dead mans grave.Defence is tired and they just want to go home and play some Football Manager themselves to relax off of this stressful match.

A VERY VERY dramatic game with tons of controversial decisions.Despite the result the stats show that we did our best to give them a tough time and we can surely take positives from that game.It was just the fact that Guardiolas players were too good for us and more clinical which got them the win.
Anyways now it was time to take on another hard challenge.The FA Cup 4th Round VS Chelsea.We were playing at Stamford Bridge and we HAD to win this to atleast get to the minimum expectations of the FA Cup.Chelsea were obvious favorites with a prediction of 1-2 but we could atleast give them a tough time.Realistically, we can not be too confident about out our chances.However,IF we are to put in an attempt for European competition.This is probably our only hope.So in otherwords.This is a must win

This is Part 17 Of The Swag Story!Lets Go!
================================================================Last time we played against Manchester City in a match we gave our best but just wasn't enough losing 4-1.We also put our domestic run of the season to an end losing to Chelsea 3-1 and falling short of expectations even though we had a tough match for us.This time we have another hard match against Manchester United!We will also put the transfer window to an end with no signings(except Luca Pelligrini)!Will we sign someone in this short time?Will we keep our bad run up or pull of an upset?Lets find out!

The transfer will get shut in 3 days and Swag felt the need to try to loan Mbappe or Ben Chilwell in the club.Chilwell would be a good option as his ability is good enough for the 1st team and Mbappe could bring something new to the squad.He put in loan offers for both of them.In a while Swag also put a bid for Leon Bailey as he was similar to Mbappe if Monaco rejected the loan offer from Swag.
Leicester rejected Swags loan bid as he was a 1st team player thus Burnley refused to put a new bid.Leverkusen also rejected a bid for Leon Bailey but Swag proceeded to put an offer for him again.
A wise man once said "Never underestimate transfer windows.They always surprise you."That wise man was Swag.Swag was surprised aswell.Not as his low level poetry but the fact it was true.From thinking about signing a left back or winger Swag got a 18 Year Old Promising Midfielder Tom Davies.Somehow luckily Bentancur got to know Swag was interested in Tom and he went to Swags office I kid you not.And this is how it went.
"Come in" Swag says.Bentancur comes in and sits infront of him."Boss I know your the manager.You control everything as you have the right to and you make the better decisions.But I heard some talk that you wanted to sign Tom Davies from that pathetic excuse of a club named Everton.Now I don't know what your thinking but we have so much depth in midfield!Afonso Sousa,Hendricks,Ashley Westwood and DEAN MARNEY!Why overload the squad?I think we could use a left back though.What do you think".Swag was stunned.He had realised what Bentancur had said was a great opinion and inside Swag thought to himself "If they ever fire me Bentancur could be a great coach".Swag suddenly said "Thank you for informing me about your opinion.I'll take this under consideration and please do talk to me when you have any other concerns.Now go train!"
Swag immediately cancelled the offer for Tom Davies and searched the best left back he could find.The first one that popped up in his mind was Theo Hernandez.He was quick,young and a very VERY good left back.But surprise he thought Burnley wasn't a good enough club to go at so Swag could not pursue him.
Then Swags mind was suddenly struck.Swag considered an experienced left back.One that had learnt the ways and could given the young gun Luca Pellegrini.And one of the best of the decade struck to his mind...Patrice Evra.But surprise surprise he rejected because he didn't think Burnley were good enough...Burnley are the ones that have DEAN MARNEY so shh.
Anyways it was Transfer Deadline Day and Swag was again struck with an idea.He thought of signing new gen wonderkids and had gotten scout reports for a couple hundred and scanned through which ones were the best.
But before that something huge happened.An offer came for the one and only Joey Barton.It was worth $1.7m with $1m in future fee and 700,000k.Swag had already started celebrating but the offer had still not gone through and Burnley had to hold their celebration
In hundreds of players only 2 stood out and I won't blabber about them but you can just take a look at them yourself.
Adrian Villageliu has some good stats and Swag can see him becoming a first team player in the future.Will that happen?We will surely find out!
Ryan Allen was a tough one as not much of his stats show anything but he seems to have good potential and if trained and loaned the correct way he could be a potential 1st team player but he would atleast be a rotation which is good enough for a free transfer

But anyways focusing towards the league!3 hours and 40 minutes before the transfer window is going to end we had a match against Manchester United!We had been predicted to lose with a and we do not have good chances.However football is an unpredictable game and could we pull of a dream result or keep on sleeping?

================================================================ So last time out we played against Manchester United and left the transfer window with just 1 hour and 15 minutes left with probably Joey Barton departing from the club but will we make a last minute signing?We also have a very tough game against Tottenham who are 1st in the League(No I am not joking).Can we pull the dream upset we have though of for so long?Let's find out.

If someone told the Burnley supporters that Swag would make a last ditch effort on getting someone they would smack you on the head and tell you to wake up...just like in real life...
But it happened!With an hour and fifteen minutes left in the transfer window it had been made apparent that Michael Keane would not leave but Joey Barton would.This prompted Swag to make an attempt to sign a player more specifically a defender.Why a defender?
Swag had covered most of the areas of his team with wonderkids.

So We needed a CB,2 DM,1 RW.We already had a lot of options for RW so it would not be suitable to get one.We had to fill 2 defensive midfielders slot which would be unrealistic with the budget given and time remaining.A CB seemed like the best bet especially because Burnley were more of a defensive side.
So which CB you might ask?Diogo Quieros.A portuguese defender who plays for the B team of Porto.He is a very good Centre Back with tons of potential.But would you believe it THE BOARD cancelled the transfer due to insufficient budget.
Change of plans for Swag.His mood suddenly changes as now he thinks a Right Winger is important.Why?Because no one really plays that good in that area.So who does he go for?Youngster Emanuel Vignato.But long story short he wants his development to continue at Chievo.Guess he forgot we have got MICHAEL DUFF as a coach.So now Swag was either gonna go for a Right Winger or Centre Back
Thus he was prompted to go for De Ligt(once again to see if his mind changed) and Bartolotta Allesio from Roma for Right Winger.AND WOULD YOU BELIEVE IT...Both of them accepted.With De Ligt almost going to Man Utd with all the interest we negotiated a contract.And for Bartoletti he accepted too so things are interesting to say the least!Lets just hope the Fax Machine works!
I just really REALLY want to smash my head on a wall......The board cancelled the offer...Speechless...Just 45 Minutes left and its pretty much impossible...Swag feels like quitting his job but he wouldn't be wanting to work in the Championship...
Makes Swag sad because he cant bear looking at all those beautiful names being signed...Except Rick Kardsdrop I mean that name is straight out of the pub.
So that is the end of the transfer window...A disappointing end to say the least...pitiful but we just have to live with that I guess.
But after the transfer window ends Joey Bartons deal with AEK Athens is confirmed and this is how the boss gave him the farewell he deserved.
Barton and Swag were sitting in their office...
"Barton I will not lie about what I am going to tell you...this is something from the bottom of my heart and I wanted to express this from a long time...."Swag said as Barton thought Swag was going to insist in someway for him to stay and was ready to tell Swag he was too good for Burnley..."I am so god damn happy we got something out of this transfer window!Your going to the Greek Superleague for AEK Athens!Hell yes!Finally I can get rid of you.You absolute misery of a player!I have never been much happier my whole life!Taxi is waiting outside so get out of that door and never come back to Burnley babyyyy!Get out!"Barton replied "Meh I never liked this place since the start" As he went out the door!
Even though we are late for adding him now Swag is trying to set up a future transfer for De Ligt as he thinks he can lose him if he waits any more.But for now we have to put full attention to the match against Spurs and wether or not we will sign De Ligt we will know that later!
Sad news for us as Bentancur will not be playing due to multiple yellow cards

So I've been recently promoted to IGCSE 1(9th Grade) and studies have been made more demanding and I come home from school at 3:00 PM plus there is homework so its impossible to upload in weekdays.On weekends I have to go to my football academy to train football.
It is extremely hard to find time to even rest in these days let alone write another part of the story which takes atleast 3 hours and then its just tiresome and not fun.
I've always written for fun and now is no different and its just not fun when your tired and sleepless and writing the story.
How long will I be gone?Honestly don't know.I might make a story inbetween when I have a short holiday for example.I will upload when I have vacations or holidays.
I have always said this that you guys have been so supportive and I am grateful for that and hopefully you understand where I'm coming from.
