FM Scout Editor 20 Update 3.1.1.0

This is a bugfix update. FMSE v3.1.1.0 is now available on the official FMSE20 download page and via the in-app update checker.

Fixes / Improvements

• Updated IGA panels to FM2020 version
  
• Updated club youth academy filter to junior coaching to prevent an error
  
• Disabling IGA will now restore the original panels
  
• Fixed the Human manager unsackable and squad registration options offsets
  
• Fixed the following offsets in club finances: Weekly wage budget, highest wage allowed, wekly wage budget used, highest wage paid, highest non player wage paid
  
• Fixed the Youth Importance offset
  
• Fixed the Chairman Status offset
  
• Fixed the Club Morale offset
  
• Fixed a bug that wouldn't allow disabling the Human Manager flags
  

There are a couple more known issues (competition popup, IGA attributes, some missing staff attributes) that should be addressed in the next bugfix update.

Please fix... i cant use MASS EDIT..

After update FMSE 20 doesnt work with My Touch version... " could not find a compatible version " . Game is after new patch also FMSE20.. ??
