You shoud stick with Livaja coz he will turn great in few seasons but now you shoud send him on loan.thats what i do!

I managed to get marko on a free on my livingston save (scottish 2nd tier) and he has been good in his first season. Good to know that he can develop.
these players would be great for prem teams of all standards really
Jose Angel DL,ML (Sporting)20 - this is a must buy for every save for me, hes only 20 and the next Gareth Bale and the most expensive i ever bought him at was 2.5 mill, first season with weat ham with me he got a rating of 7.36 at the end with 9 MOM, 11 goals, 9 assists
Lacina Troae - ST (Fc Cluj) 19 -some great potential with this bloke and stands at 6ft8 aswell with stats of 19 jumping and 14 heading, he got great potential, and again a buy at 2.5 mill, he not proflific but a great potential, only 8 goals from 23 apps but a PA of 160 so one for the future, one problem will be though his work permit
Landon Donavam - AMLRC ST (La Galaxy)27? - if you sigm him in the first window then at £5mill his a bargim and can play any attacking postion, just sign him quick becuase barca and real have interest but hes not proud i got him for west ham and newcastle
Kaliid Boudaraz - DC (stugarrt) 29 - great defender, slight concerns of his injurys but wen i checked his stats they werent tht high so maybe been unlucky in my team, but worked really well in my team, 4mill buy
and if you have team tht can see you through the season best thing to do is wait for the end of the season, one thing im finding is the amount of good quality players tht become avaliable during the transfers windows is massive, the list is too great but players you would usually play 15mill plus i would get for 4-5 mill

ive started with Wrexham in the blue square and i tryed gettin this player im in league 1 with them now and it still wont let me get him it keeps saying he needs a work permit but they never grant him 1 how did u get him?
Leigh Griffiths at Dundee, signed for £275,000 for Bristol City and has insane stats for a striker and is an absolute steal at that price!
if you want bargain players for championship or lower sides look towards Queen of the South (Scottish First Division) they have a few hidden gems and a few very good experienced players that i have signed for my kilmarnock side that play almost every week because they are class acts
Yeah its hard to get players under 18 in england. i think you'll have to wait until he gets few international matches. i've got him in club like ajax,lens,hajduk....leagues without work permit problems!
*For the best bargains I would just til the end of season, thats when the new feature of being offered players really kicks in. In my 3rd season with arsenal and I have snapped up sergio canales for 3.4m, been offered tevez for 12.25m among many others.

milan badlej (or is it baldej)? ... anyway, super MC/AMC from dinamo zagreb if I remember correctley, a bit pricy (around 5mil €), but worth every last dime... bought him to my BVB and after 2 seasons he was worth around 20 and real, barca and united are bidding around 40 for him, rates around 7.5 in CL from start

Rafael Coelho - D/MR - free (when you start the game, great pace winger.)
Vitaly Vernydub - DC/DMC - around 2mil (i like this player mostly cuz he is tall, like 1.93m , has very good tackling marking jumping am above averge mental atributtes.)
Garra Dembele - AMR/ST - around 1.5mil (great pace, and even better mental atributtes on my team he usually scores like 1goal/per match + he assits.)
Olexander Chyzov - DC/DMC - 325k transfer listed (good pace, a very good center back if you play on a decent team.)
Mykola Ischenko - DC - 325k transfer listed (in my opinion this defender is to small to be a CB so i usually make him play DL or DR, deepends of the needs.)
Leandro Grimi - DL - 300k transfer listed (a great left defender i even got him at Tottenham and has an averge rate of 7.50)
Georgi Milanov - M/AMRLC - around 500k (great Hot prospect, i got it at my team and in 3 years Man Utd. and Milan were biding for him like 10-12 mil.)
Conca - M/AMC - around 9mil (yes i know it't not really that cheap, but trust me this player is similar to Pastore from Palermo, worth every penny.)
Dimitar Makriev - ST - around 1mil (a very good Target man striker, scores and assists alot, i got both Dembele and Makriev and my offence is outstanding.)

i bought him for 3.8M, possibly ascending to 4M after 10 league goals
i use him in the central midfielder position, under the role of play-maker, or advanced play-maker, and he does better killer passes than zidane would ever do
