Hello, looking for help re skin and background please

total noob here so go easy...

and i love the backgrounds that are with it, the big stadiums etc, can anybody link me up to that pack?

as well as a player pack, and logo pack that will work with the skin?

[i take it not all backgroiund and face/logo packs work with every skin?
