Game reinstalled

Hey folks, so Windows Update happened and basically broke my Windows 10 copy, so I've had to do a full reset and all of my games and apps were deleted. I still have all of the data files, and have now reinstalled the game but I just need a wee bit help with tying it all together, eg save games, real name file fixes, kit packs are all there but I need to join the game to all of the data.
