I want my money back please "shorlist" dont work

Like the title say , i pay this G version to have shortlists import export and the program doesnt do anything about that , i want my money back please.

I don't quite understand what the problem is.

theres no load shortlist button so i'm not sure how this still works when one of the primary functions is now missing

If you save shortlists in FM Genie Scout or from FM22 they save in the Shortlist Directory of FM22. The FM Genie Scout ones save as slf files and the FM22 ones save as fmf files.



When you open FMRTE there are some headings at the top in the middle, one is titled Shortlists.



If you click this it will open the Shortlists folder from FM22 where all the shortlists are stored. You can then select whichever shortlist you want to use. If you click on a record from within the shortlist and then select ctrl+A it will highlight all shortlisted players.

You can then save the shortlist by clicking on the Save Shortlist As button bottom right. There is a drop down that allows you to save the shortlist as an slf or fmf file depending where you want to access the shortlist.
