Interesting to see that Oriol is expanding his experience in Asia to India rather than a team in Hong Kong or China! Perhaps we'll see him land there one day but looking forward to what I know will be a good story.
It's interesting to see how life differs depending on which part of Asia you are. From previous updates it seemed like Oriol made himself set for life financially just with a few years in Hong Kong and China after that, now he's living in two shipping containers which I'm sure will be quite the shock, even if it does sounds like a fun thing to try Got to love the classics though
Although it would be difficult considering the quality available, it would be nice for a strong homegrown Indian contingent within the playing squad to learn 'The Barcelona Way' as Rivas describes it. just for the ability to give something back to the country's football system itself. However, the balance between doing this and winning titles may be too stretched to be a feasible idea. Ultimately as a manager you are judged upon your results, not the manner of which you do your job.
That being said, as a manager you seem to have brought in a well-qualified workforce behind you. French fitness coaches usually work squads hard and I'm sure you will be hoping that Cédric can apply that to the new batch of players that you are looking to play next season.

A shameful lack of Lals in your last line of defence Subrata Paul does look a good keeper for your level with his reflexes and agility still in a good state aged 36! Looking forward to the rest of the squad.
SIX FOOT NINE?! I already loved that you'd brought in a random Colombian defender but after seeing him, I'm fully on board with this strategy. More of these, please.
