Come on guys give Eugene a break.The man has improved our gaming experience just by publishing his work all these years.I know that I at least am much happier when using GS cause I get the best player my money can buy (and let's not forget staff).It's a holiday and the man needs some quality time with his family, I know I would at least.Just a little more patience and we will have the release on our hands.I also hope it's soon enough but I am also patient enough to wait till he is satisfied with what he publishes. Anyway, everybody have a happy new year with loads of FM glorious moments.

Well said Gith. People should stop trying to put pressure on Eugene and Meister. Happy new year to everybody!

Eugene updated his twitter about 15 minutes ago with the following:

"The scout is in the final testing phase. First beta will be released in a few days."

Oh bother.

can't wait, few days are so long.... but really good news! Hope it will be running without problems.

About potential problems, I'm sure Eugene will do his best to keep it as bug free as possible... but whatever issue comes up, either minor or not, we can help by reporting it here following the step by step guide I'll be preparing on another topic. I'll make sure to sort and filter all issues that may arise to make bug fixing easier and faster for Eugene.

I can't wait . . .

we all have to thank eugene for changing our gaming experience, GS is like having the perfect assistant coach/scout just there at your disposal!

Haha, I just read that some clubs, such as Everton, actually use football manager to 'help establish their scouting network'. I don't think we will see any signings from Everton until Genie Scout is released

@Meister - why the 'oh bother'? I'm sure I speak on behalf of a lot of people here by saying that we'll try scoutmeister when it is released, also remember it's your first attempt, which in itself is a great achievment!
