FM23: Competition Colours Fix

This amazing Mod to correct competition colours has been around for the last couple of years, anyone know if anyone is picking it up again this year? If not, anyone know how to go about creating it?

I was also a big fan fan of this edit on FM22, if someone is working on it again that would be amazing.
