So when I use a Top tactic for when im home and underdog when im away even if im not favoured to win or favoured to win because I insta result a lot do I play for the win or Do not use match plan what do I use?

I have the impression that all the wingmen have support roles. How works players like Mbappé, Vini, Saka for exemple ?
Do you have any tips to limited the exhausting ? It's seem impossible to use players every 3 days for exemple if they didn't got subbed at every match
