The Wings of Wigan! Wigan Athletic Career

Welcome to The Wings of Wigan. An FM24 story where we try to take Wigan back to its glory days. We have just been relegated to League One, have a 8 point deduction, no transfer budget but a decent squad. In episode 1 we look at the current state of affairs at Wigan and our first look at the squad.

In Episode 2 we look at a few more players, make our first signing of the save. Also we bring in more staff. And finally we have the first game of the league vs Derby away from home. Could we have asked for a tougher opposition on Day1? Join us as we try to take Wigan Back to Glory.

In Episode 3 we take the story forward from the jubilation of our win against Derby into the league games of August and September. We also look at our Carabao Cup run. Finally we look at our transfer business for the summer window.

In Episode 4 we look at our games from October through to December as well as a great FA cup run. Finances are becoming a problem here at Wigan and we go through some ways to solve that issue as well.

In Episode 5 of Wings of Wigan, we look at games from January to March, our FA cup tie against Man City, our run in the EFL trophy. Also a few new faces join the club in the January transfer window.
