Bugs for GS11 version 1.00 beta 1

# Arneeuh : Well I re-installed it on c:/ (so NOT program files) and it seem to work at the moment... Too bad I got another error (List capacity out of bounds (1006658560)) with my main save game.

# Evo : Small bug here, on player search ticking the "EU national" seems to filter out a lot of EU players.

By the way, since we report the bug, we need to wait untill Eugene releases the next version of GS to get the bug fixed right?
