# st519 : Guys it is beneficial that you 'Run the program as administrator' it will solve some problems.I updated Flash player for IE, Opera and Mozilla FF.
Update your flash and Java programs to the latest version.
# bl007 : I am getting the same EOleSysError problem running Win7 32 bit though.
I tried reinstalling my Adobe Flash player as this was a problem I had with previous versions of Genie. Still not loading though the program.
# sgra : I have Windows7 64 bit and, in addition of the "Genie scout has stop working" window, sometimes, during my numerous attempts to make it run, i had the "Eolesyserror" window like Jeffcapes and bl007. It happens during the "loading GUI" phase, and it stops.
@st519: if I run it as administrator, nothing changes. Flash Player and Java are updated to the latest version.
