FM Genie Scout 24g "Your game data is not found"

I have constantly been getting the error "Your game data is not found" . I have tried everything suggested. Restarting both applications. Saving my game in different locations. Reinstalling both programs. Nothing seems to be working. Any ideas?

Open FM24, load your save, then go to Game Status screen. Tell me the exact FM version you see there.

I assume you have FM24 open with your save loaded before you try to load data on GS24. If not, do that first.

The Current Version I have is

24.1.1+1922460 (m.e v24.0.0.1)

@mselimovic: I have the exact same version on Steam and GS24 is loading fine for me.
And you surely have FM24 open with your save loaded before trying to load data on GS24?

I have the same problem. genie24g_setup_24.1.1_b1406 version, with FM 24.2 Gamepass version.

Same Problem since today. Yesterday all was fine

Absolutly same problem, neither reinstalation of FM GS didn´t help, even new save in FM24

Happened during the last update as well, but Stam was quick to update GenieScout within 1 day since the update was released. I imagine it'll be the same thing this time. There's probably an update available on GenieScout tonight or tomorrow morning, and after installing that update it should work again.

Interesting! I have the game open with my load file loaded but it keeps telling me the same thing. I do have my game installed on my other hard drive but the same computer of course. Could that be an issue? I can try with this new update once it gets updated.

Looks like it's been updated. Check your e-mail or "Check for Updates" within GenieScout.

GS24 was updated a couple of hours after the 24.2.0 patch got released. Simply update to the new version.

@mselimovic: Having the game installed in another hard drive might be the only possible reason. Go to GS Options and make sure the folders are pointing to the right paths.
