Genie Scout hasn't even stopped working for a full 24 hours yet and you're going on about consumer rights and getting aggressive.
Get a life. I'm sure Eugene will sort the issue as soon as he can.

i can’t say I’ve seen anyone getting aggressive against genie scout, anyway on another forum stam and eugine are aware, small license update has kicked in another version,,, hopefully getting an update sorted

I'm experiencing the same issue. I got all these Out of Bounds errors (or something like that when starting Genie Scout), then reinstalled Genie Scout and now it won't find my saved game (although the game is running at the same time).
The day before yesterday (4 december 2024) everything worked normally.
