Casillas was phenomenal in goal. We had chance after chance after chance, but just couldnt get past him. In some cases there was some poor finishing, but more so, fantastic goal-keeping.

We were all them from the whistle, and passed the ball quickly. We created quite a few chances, but Rooney failed to make them pay. Felipe Anderson picked up an injury early on in the first half, which was annoying! Cavani came on in the second half, and did exactly what Rooney did not...score! A good semi final result.
How much did you right back cost sime
It looks like you have a lot of foreigners in your team, how about buying english players e.g Jack Rodwell, Ross Barkley or Jack Wilshire.
Just a suggestion

Vrsaljko came for cheap. Only £2.1 mil and now hes valued at over £6mil. A great player and an absolute bargain!

Yeah i was thinking about this, but Arsenal want £35mil for Jack Wilshire at the moment, and i wont spend more then £20mil on him. The other two are great prospects too, but i cant see them getting a game in with such a strong line up!!
Injury News:
Felipe Anderson out for 4-5 weeks with a twisted ankle

I see your point how about in your next season you buy one those people i have mentioned and make it so the transfer goes through at the end of the season. Therefore you have secured his services and he can still develop with playing time

A poor game really, one which we should have lost if im honest. Tottenham played well, and our midfield never rwally grasped the game. Asamoah was astoundingly bad today, and Cavani, Hernandez and Rooney werent great either.

For sure, its something im definitely considering. Im looking to offload Fletcer at the end of the season and bring in Fernandinho. I may sell Anderson and buy Barkley or Rodwell instead.
Update:
Man Utd win the Premiership before time!!

We started really positively, attacking well. Welbeck spurned a lot of chances which was annoying, despite Hazard supplying some truly wonderful balls into the box. Evans was the majestic one today. He was unbeatable in the air. Mid way through the second half, Everton began to up their game, and it was annoying that they had to score so late in the game!

We played well, and kept Lyon under lockdown pretty well. They never really got into the game, but i was impressed by Aly Cissokho, who played very well at left back. His crosses were brilliant too. If i didnt have the left back position sorted i may have looked to bring him in.
English Premier Division - 4 May 2013
Man Utd vs West Brom (Home)
Formation: 4-4-2
Starting Line-up:
Lindegaard(GK)
Rafael(WB) Smalling(CD) Evans(CD) Fabio(WB)
Nani(W) Felipe Anderson(AP) Anderson (CM) Cleverly(W)
Cavani(CF) Rooney(AF)
Subs Used: Valencia, Welbeck, Jones
FT: 4-1 Welbeck (50), Cavani (72, 88), Shorey (77), Smalling (78)
MOTM: Cavani (9.1)
Top performers: Anderson (9), Lindegaard (8.3), Welbeck (7.7), Smalling (7.7), Cleverly (7.5)
West Brom definitely gave it their all, and put on a decent show. Their left back, Shorey, curled a screamer of a freekick into the top corner to deny me a clean sheet! But the second half was great, and Welbeck make a good impact, chasing down the ball well and creating chances.
If you wanted a better midfield you shouldn't have bought Fernandinho, Darren Fletcher is better than him in overall and purpose, he can win balls for you. You already have Hazard and Hamsick in the center if Im not mistaken.
