SO results have been mixed but we should have beaten wigan and aston villa. how we lost to both them teams i've no idea.

Yeah i was thinking the same. You should be consistently scoring a fair few goals dude. I mean Man Utd have a goal diff of 45+ in your prem league and you only have 25+

Good going. Manchester United tend to be really strong in the 2011/12 season, so it's good you're within touching distance of them.

As for midfielders, you could buy Hamsik (world-class) in installments in January (8m up front, 10m over 24 months), but Moutinho and Fellaini are also good. If you want someone younger, why not take advantage of Arsenal's precarious position and raid them for Aaron Ramsay?

Or Even Felipe Anderson who would be much cheaper than Ramsey and is just as good. And a proper right back, Sime Vrsaljko who is cheap and young!!
I would also suggest you invest in a good winger as you only have Mata at the moment (unless ive missed something!)

I'm imagining Felipe Anderson to have been snapped up by Real Madrid by now, so good luck getting him out of there.

probably, but its worth a try! I got him in my second season (in my Man Utd save) for £5mil from Real Madrid, because he wasnt being played, so they accepted his transfer request. I bought him!

It's not my intention to be critical (even though is sounds like) but why aren't you scoring more mate?

I honestly don't know =/ we're creating enough chances but we seem to waste our chances even when one on one with the keeper and half the time we're making the wrong choices a bit like walcott at times lol when he passes he should be taking a shot on goal and vice versa when he takes a shot he should be passing it and thats what my players are doing most of the time and its really annoying tbh. come end of the season im gonna have a clear out and start changing the team slowly; i don't want to get rid of too many players and would not want to bring too many in either; it would just cause disruption in the dressing room. at the moment i'm satisfied although yes we should be scoring more but dunno why.

@particki i agree with your philosophy of not wanting to buy too many players which does disrupt the team which could cause adverse results. try looking in your reserves at conor clifford. he is a very promising centre midfielder.
or even try changing your formation to have an attacking Midfielder and make Mata have a free role of the pitch. he is much more effective as an attackign playmaker than a winger

that is actually how i set my tactics. i have mata in the cam role then sturridge, torres and anelka up front. i've sent connor clifford out on loan cause i wanted him to get more game time then hopefully in my second season depending what budget i have and who i buy and sell he should feature in carling cup and fa cup games and just pointless cl games and pl games. same goes for josh mceachran

try buying fellani from everton he will cost around 15 million. You say you only have around 10 million left in bank try selling a striker cause you have anelka, drogba, torres, sturridge, lukaku, kalou and the strikers that are in the youth team. I would recommend selling anelka or kalou cause anelka is approaching end of his career and you can get around 7 million out of him and kalou you can get around 10 million out of him if atletico madrid is interested and if you do get fellani he can play in your CL squad and when essien and lampard come back you can have those three in the centre of midfeild.

Anelka is leaving on a free. im transfer listing kalou at the end of the season; i want to keep drogba just for the experience so will be left with lukaku, sturridge, torres and of course drogba; im unable to buy fellaini cause the january transfer window is shut so i'll have to wait until the summer

Could you post your line up mate? How about Cleverley or Wilshere? I don't think United and Arsenal would sell them to you though
