I'm going to be Eastbourne Boro and try to get them to be the best of the best. I have selected them because it's my hometown. They are a Blue Square South team. Last season they were in the Conference Premier but got relegated. Wan't to get promoted in my first season.

So I looked at my squad, and I decided what positions I needed to be filled. I wen't for a 4-4-2 formation.
I needed a LB. Positions that I thought I needed better players for but it was not essential - CB, LM, RM, ST.

Might try to sign more players later on. But I am currently happy with the team. Also, I managed to sign a coach to improve my attaking.

I let my Assistant Manager play my friendly games. Some very good results were produced in them games, so I was very confident for the first game of the season.
So, my first game was against Eastleigh, they were fairly easy team to beat it seemed. But, it did no go well at all. Lost 1-0. I dominated the possesion but only managed to get 1 shot on target all game, very dissapointing start.
Not the best start I admit and to make it worse, my striker Hart, got injured for 3-4 months. Hopefully my signing Counago can do the job.

I wanted to but looking around I couldn't work out how. The 'Prt Scr' button does not work for windows 7. It only takes a picture of your background. And I could not find something that will take a picture of any screen. If you or anyone else knows something that can take pictures of FM, I would be grateful if you told me. Thanks
Bit of an injury crisis is going on!
My two main strikers, Hart and Counago are both out for around 3 months.
One of my signing's Lyskov (main LB) Is also injured for around 3 months.
One of my main MC is injured for a very long time - 6 months, also another MC is out for a month or so. So im lacking in midfield centre's at the moment.
I was worried if I was going to not going to score enough goals but I seem to be doing fine. After the loss I wen't on a unbeaten run for 7 games. (A club record!)
But I recently lost evanthough I dominated the match. I am currently 4th in the table. 3rd and 2nd are on 18 points. Welling who are first are on 20 points, so it's close at the top of the table.
But I can't get any more injuries!
Unlucky, I suggest you try loaning some players from bigger leagues, try to pay as little wage as you can for those players you loan.

Yeah I attempted to get a CB on loan from Gillingham but he ended up not coming to be. Got unlucky.

Not a problem. I had the same problem and found it terribly annoying!
The end of the FA cup for me.
Results:
Eastbourne Boro - Tooting & Micham 3-1
Eastbourne Boro - Maidstone 2-2
Eastbourne Boro - Maidstone p2-2 (They scored in the 90th minute in both matches!)
Eastborune Boro - Port Vale 0-2 (It was an even match, could of gone either way)
So I got to the 1st round of the competion, not bad. Money helped a lot. Hopefully I will do a bit better every time.
So I need a CB for my team. I only have 1 is good enough for my starting 11. My other 2 are good enough for the sub's bench. This guy is amazing but he can't get a work permit. So I might have to look at the loan listed players.
