New signing on a free!

I don't have a good ML and I am going to try to sign some more players to improve my team.
In his first game he scored but got injured for 12 days.

Half way through the season its all quite close at the top.

Bit of a shame, I admit, but at least I can put all my efforts into the league now to get promoted.

10 Games To G0... No Pressure


So i'm first in the league, with some important games still to come. Counago was injured for a while, would be much more in front if he had been fit all season but oh well. The more I think about it, I have been effected by injuries this season quite bad.

Will I Get Promoted?

So with them 10 games to go I was confident about winning the league.

My team seemed to kinda collapse in them games, Counago my top goalscorer I think only scored 2 or 3 goals in them 10 games. So it was disapointing not to win the league.

I din't win the league but I did the next best thing. I have achieved what I wanted to this season and with a media prediction of 5th, I think Eastbourne Boro did really well.

My Target - Depends how well everyone does in this league - Hopefully play offs.

So I need some new players if I wan't to stay up. I have needed a CB since I started this, so I have finally signed someone with potentiol. Counago is amazing, but he got injured a bit last season but still managed to score over 20 goals. But none of my other strikers could score every game. So I thought signing a new ST would help.

Don't know if I will sign anyone else just yet. If anyone would want's to recommend me some players, it would help!

These are my signings. And people who have left. Also, all of my staff have gone, not one of them was interested in signing a new deal. Could be a bit of a problem!

First Game In The Blue Square Bet Premier

So I earned an impressive victory in the first game with Sappleton scoring on his debut. A nice start to the league for me. And my new CB Clough got the second best rating of the match behind Counago, his 7.70 rating was a good sign that he will be a great defender at Eastbourne Boro.

He's doing really well but, he is now injured for 7 weeks - 2 months.




My other signing (CB) is doing all right, but hopefully he will do better soon. He has potentiol so he should improve in the future.

So I decided I need to sign a new Goal Keeper. My assistant manager said last season that I need to drop My GK due to poor form but, my other second GK is not good enough. So I found this GK on a free, I was mostly amazed at his history, very impressive!

My defence is shocking!

My main LB has been injured.
My two CB's have not been performing, the CB I signed this season Clough is doing the best out of the lot.
My RB is the club captain but he is the worst defender out of all of them, he was poor last season but him being the captain I thought to give him another chance. That didn't work out.

So I signed a new RB.

8 Games Without Winning.

Does not look good at all at the moment. I started well and I was happy to see my team 1 place outside the play offs early on in the season. But not winning a match for 8 games is extremly poor. Sappleton who was playing amazing before he got injured has been missed. And Counago is not scoring.

However, I beat Whitehawk in the FA Cup 4th Qualifying round so I finally win a game. With Sappleton returning, scored 2 goals. So hopefully with him back and momentum from the win, Eastbourne Boro can produce some good results.

I'm currently in October.

Finally a win.

So I beat Hayes & Yeading 4-5. Currently they are bottom in the table. I was 4 goals up at one point in the game, they got it back to 4-4, then I scored in the 90th minute. I switched to 4-3-3 because of players tired and injured. Will stick to 4-3-3 for a while.

Hopefully I can now go on a run of wins!
