If you feel like leaving Sunderland, wait until the offers from places like Inter start coming in.

Youth players are definitely the way forward, though you need to strike the right balance between youth and experience.
Here is Conor Wickhams attributes..they are a little lower than i would have liked but he is still developing so im not too worried
