Really well done with the results mate :) looks like your on course for another League Title and both the cups :D
Still don't quite know how you managed to crowbar Griezmann out of Spain...

Cheers man. Hopefully i can keep it going! Also i should be able to be Olympiacos in the UEFA Champions League, and progress to the next knock out round.

Im really happy with my squad. Im lacking a consistent goal scorer, but in some ways im happy i dont have one, since it means if one person is injured, im not reliant on them. The squad is looking great and there is tonnes of young potential. So i probably wont buy anyone, and just try to develop what i have

I reckon its gotta be early on, and you have to buy players in between windows rather than during the transfer window. Like Hazard for example, they asked for £39mil for him. I withdrew. Then in the Jan window, he was not willing to come at any price. A few months after the Jan window, i managed to get him for a mere £14mil!!!

So buy them in between windows, and keep negotiating etc. I did have to pay £20mil for him though.

A brilliant away win. This sets us in poll position for the home game. Kadlec was fabulous upfront, but even better, in my opinion, was Felipe Anderson, whose range of passing was extraordinary, and he completely bossed the midfield. Subsequently he picked up yo great assists as well.

Headhunted

Been offered a job with Leverkusen following my tremendous turnaround of the Sunderland team!

Offer: REJECTED

I've just spent the last 2 hours reading your story and it's amazing what you've done and it now makes me want to inject more youth into my newcastl team. I was also wondering if you could post conor whickhams attributes because he is 1 of my favourite young players and want to see how he's doin :)
Season is going good dude! good luck for rest of season

I'm in November 2015 at the moment :)
(Messi's contract runs out in 2016 :D )

I see you rejected an offer from Leverkusen, I've rejected 2 international job offers from Mexico and Turkey
Hehe. I get a bunch of job offers. I was offered the Man Utd job in 2014 after Ferguson retired, as well as the Arsenal job in the same year. The summer before it was Man City (Mancini is now managing Spurs) and the summer of my promotion with Blackpool it was Chelsea.

If you feel like leaving Sunderland, wait until the offers from places like Inter start coming in. ;)
really well done on taking sunderland to the top of the league and to the knockout phase of the CL but who do you say has been your best 3 player so far this season.

Thanks for the comment dude :)

Youth players are definitely the way forward, though you need to strike the right balance between youth and experience.

Here is Conor Wickhams attributes..they are a little lower than i would have liked but he is still developing so im not too worried
