The man they have employed is Shane Swanston who the board Believe has the ability to bring the good times back to the club considering the last major trophy was the Fa Cup way back in 1955

after agreeing a 2 year deal with the club. i set an objective of a top half finish which i think will be achievable with the squad at my disposal. the board have given me a transfer budget of $4.71m so i wont be making any major signings this coming transfer window.
my main aim for the coming year will be to get the clubs finances in a healthier position, im hoping this will allow the chairman to give me more funds in the future.
with the formation and tactics im looking to employ ill be looking for a new left back and a centre midfielder. if i can get my top 2 targets im positive we can challenge for a Europa League Spot
